A great computer for home use. Use manly for home office. And reading e-mails.

Pick up at the store was Great. The store employee stopped what she was doing to help me, without me asking for help. Good crew! The only negative side was, this Best Buy store doesn't have a Military Discount. This would definitely up my rating if it was offered.

I use this for a virtual pinball machine, this computer plays all the pinball games out there flawlessly, graphics rendering is smooth and colorful, motion is smooth with no jerkyness - using dual monitors as well!

Works great. Some what difficult to get printing up and running, but works great after that. I'm not tech savvy so that was most of the problem. Works well with air printing, bar code scanners and googling stuff on the internet.

My favorite thing about Best Buy is their knowledgeable associates they make shopping and my choice to buy easy

Customer service is my main problem, i.e. that they outsource their staff overseas, and it is not easy to communicate with them.

Not that overly impressed with this desk top computer, It is noisier than I hoped it would be, speed wise not that much faster than my old Dell OptiPlex that I had for 5 years. Performance over all is weak, really need to have a spiritual talk with Dell.

The computer equipment I purchased is as good as I expected it to be. I also had the Geek Squad come and set it up because I wanted it linked to my phone etc. Very good job so far. However while my email and contacts are linked to the phone, my calendar is not. I spent an hour on the phone with Geek Squad support in which the woman kept telling me I needed to add Apps to make it work and I said I shouldn't have to. Finally she told me I needed to go into the store. I did. A young woman in my local store said she scheduled a "re-do" because my purchase was quite recent. "Someone will call you sir to set up an appointment". It has been two weeks and no one has called me yet.

We were not sure exactly what we wanted in a computer, the staff was great about helping us pick the right product for our needs. We are very happy with our new modem, it's versatile enough to do everything we needed.

Bestbuy is the only place I will buy electronics. I had a horrible experience with Staples and there electronics even purchasing there extended warranty no one honors there extended warranties like bestbuy

I HAVEN'T HAD THIS FOR VERY LONG BUT IT SEEMS TO WORK WELL FOR WHAT I AM USING IT FOR. ALL THE REVIEWS I READ AHEAD OF TIME WERE VERY FAVORABLE AS WELL.

The desktop was purchased to replace a seven year old desktop for use by a person at church doing church business. This is a hardware upgrade to facilitate Windows 10 and Office 365 and she loves it?

I don't like the explorer search bar on this new program. I used for quick books programs and it seems to run slower than my previous computer. I don't think I would purchase it again for what I'm using it for. Other than that it has been fine.

Both products that i purchased are great. The Computer customer service rep was very nice and friendly. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. 2 thumbs up. Will definitely go back for my computer needs.

I had gotten use to my old computer being slow and did not realize that the picture quality was not so great. Now I love the pictures and movies that I watch online. Was well worth the change.

I wanted to move the OS over to an SSD, but there is no bracket to mount it and no power cable for it. The computer seemed to tick most of the boxes I needed, but wanted that extra bit of responsiveness from an SSD. I bought it at the store so I could have it today, but now have to wait 2 days on parts. This has been a fairly normal thing for me in the past few years, to buy a pre-built system and add an SSD. This is the first time I couldn't just throw one in. Nothing anywhere mentions the need for optional parts. I know they build these with Grandma in mind, but at least say something. I might have just spent a bit more to avoid the hassle.

I use aol and had to purchase a new computer to meet the demands of what I wanted to do and use and the Best Buy Staff knew just what I needed first time in the store, Very pleased

This was a great choice for a computer and the Best Buy salesman was knowledgable and well versed in its capabilities. I use this to write my books and already I am very pleased.
