The setting goes back to single monitor every time I turn it off and turn it back on, it won't stick. The issue was escalated to Tier 2 support level and waiting for the result, if not I will have to return the desktop.

The CD drive seem very cheaply made, when you open the drive you think the whole think is going to break in your hands. I do not care for that at all.Only had this a short time but it seems to be working all right. But as the saying goes you get what you pay for.
