This is a perfect devices for travel and home office use. It has an integrated speakerphone and a built in adapter dock for connecting monitors, keyboard, mouse, etc. I have it hooked up to two monitors for home use and carry it with me on business trips. I have 2 offices and this is a perfect device as it acts as a docking station and connects my laptop to the external monitors at work. I frequently take this to conference rooms at attend teams meeting. Design - Compact, light and portable. Powered this dock with my 65W Anker charger and used the USB C connector on the speakerphone to connect to external displays (4k, 60Hz setting). Set-up was super easy, the PC autodetected the speakerphone and it was up and running in less than a minute. No dangling cords as you can wrap the cord around the speakerphone while carrying it around. Comes with a travel pouch. Functions- Teams automatically detected the speakerphone, just had to test it for the voice quality. Used it on several teams calls. I switched from my Plantronics noise cancelling headphones to Dell speakerphone and people didn’t notice any difference. The voice was clear and it suppressed background noise. I used it in the conference room and didn't have any issues with it picking up the voices from people sitting far away from the center of the table. The best part is the mute button, the lights around the speakerphone lights up red (red LED's around the speakerphone), so everyone in the conference room were aware that we were on mute for internal discussions. It has all the function keys on the speaker itself - answer/hang up a call, mute, and the volume buttons. Haven't tested the file transfer function yet, but the manual said it supports "super-fast file transfer" upto 10Gbps! The device also charged my laptop, the manual said it can deliver up to 90W, which should be good enough for most laptops. It also has an HDMI 2.0 port that I used to connect to a projector in the conference room. It doesn't have an ethernet port, which I don't care much. but could have used it if it were present, as my office desk had ethernet lines connected to the dell dock that I typically connect to. Wi-Fi eliminates the need for it as my laptop doesn’t have a ethernet port either. Definitely recommend for travelers like me, very handy and don't have to worry about carry an additional headset and an extension dock for additional ports to extend my compact laptop capability. Worth the spend, as it serves as a speakerphone and a dock in a compact form!

Great buy and easy to use. I purchased this in a pinch to use during a team meeting and conference call. It was an easy plug and play to my laptop via the USB/C port. There were no issues with listening to others through the speaker and they could hear us clearly with the mic.

it took me a while to figure how to work this mobile adapter speakerphone, i can only use it on my laptop , but i thought i was able to use it on my tv also but i can't figure it out yet. so far good on the computer.

I’m on calls all day long and always had many issues with audio before i purchased this speaker. The sound quality is good, noise cancelling feature works well, and I’ve not heard anyone complain about background noise during my calls.

Unreliable. I had to return it as it would periodically stop working in the middle of a Zoom call. When it worked, it was great in sound quality and ease of use.

This is a fantastic speaker/microphone for my home office. Sound quality is excellent and it was super easy to set up.

Price and quality doesn’t go hand on hand , it’s an expensive item but do not offer blue tooth. If you are ok with usb connection than it’s offers good audio quality.

Very good business meeting speaker and docking station. The only negative is the limited ports of 1 hdmi 1 usb c etc...

Use this for work and it is absolutely amazing. No complaints!

I purchased this primarily as a USB-C hub to go with my Dell laptop from work, not really thinking I needed the speakerphone functions. It serves both task very well. Speaker and microphone sound good on Zoom and Teams. This will be a definite addition to my go bag when I travel for work,

After getting my new notebook I recognized that it not have as many ports as I was used to. This met the need for an external conference speaker and extra ports. I am very pleased with this purchase. My coworkers and I agree that the sound quality meets expectations on each end.

This is a very thoughtful and useful device, combining a USB-C hub with a good-quality speakerphone. Plug USB-C power cable into this, along with external monitor and two USB-A peripherals. A single cable connects to your laptop, making a clean and simple desk setup. When travelling the cable stores nicely in the base and an included travel bag protects the device. This is way better than laptop built in mics and speakers and makes video calls or conference calls much easier. A simple mute button shuts off the mics while activating a ring of red LEDs so it is clear when mute is active. Call volume is good and the speakerphone gets quite loud if needed. No drivers required, just plug in and go.

This little disk has been a life saver. I work from home and travel often. This speaker has saved my life multiple times. Sometimes the microphone on my work computer doesn’t work. This serves as a great back-up. It has also came in handy to facilitate group chats and solved the missing speaker phones in conference rooms. This has made my life so much easier.

Dell - Mobile Adapter Speakerphone MH3021P - USB 3.1-type C -1x HDMI- 2x USB 3.1 -type A - Gray: Really nice, but doesn't have the sound quality I personally expect when I have a dedicated device.

This was truly a plug-n-play to get the speakerphone working. The sound quality as a speaker is good. The microphone sensitivity worked well in a conf room sized to hold 15 around a table.

This speaker is more than a phone speaker, Also serve as a usb hub. I connected it with mouse and keyboard, very convenient and portable. PC, Android, Mac, all work well

I have not used it for video call, but in general it seems good, but not too sure if the regular price makes it worth it.

Plugged in and recognized by laptop immediately. Great sound and works with either laptop volume control, speaker volume control or Apps like MS Teams.

I think the Dell Mobile Adapter Speakerphone really fulfills a need of providing a compact and portable 5 in 1 multiport adapter with an integrated speakerphone. For those who are using conferencing options such as Zoom, Teams and Skype this is a great option for ease of use and connectivity. One must have USB-C connectivity for your laptop and the adapter is ready to go being plug and play, thus no software to install. This adapter provides a disk like design with a fabric mesh on top and nice integrated storage on the bottom for the USB-C cord. Call controls on top have symbols for accept/reject call, mute/unmute, adjust volume; along with LED indicators for green when connected and red to indicate muted volume. The included zipper pouch offers easy storage and protection from scratches. The compact design takes up minimal desk space, yet the adapter supports display, data transfer and power. One can use the HDMI or USB-C port to connect displays up to 4K HDR resolution @ 60HZ. Data transfer rates are 10 GBPS via the two USB-A ports or the USB-C port. The USB-C port can also be used for charging one’s PC with 90W power delivery. As a 360 degree omni-directional microphone I think it functions well. As advertised, the feedback I received during Zoom calls is that it seemed to do the trick of offering noise reduction and echo cancellation. The speakerphone is adequate, but I would have liked the volume to offer a louder range as it seemed to be just a bit higher than my laptop volume. I appreciate the easy access to call control functions and the LED lights clearly show whether one is connected or muted. Dell seems to fill a need with this product especially given that many users find themselves working from home or communicating with family via teleconferencing during a pandemic. I don’t find any possible negatives to be significant. I realize it’s not the intended purpose, but the ability to use this with a mobile phone would be interesting; perhaps this is possible with an Android phone with USB-C. Since the USB-C cord is not detachable one is limited by its 20” length. Overall, I’d recommend this Dell Mobile Adapter Speakerphone as a convenient and portable option.

Works fine for its intended purpose. Worked with Regula laptop and a Chromebook - USB-C.
