    This monitor is a great monitor for any PC setup either in the home or office. I use this monitor as a second display for my Surface Pro and it looks great! I like the small bezel that's almost non-existent. It makes the display look sleek and modern and fits well in the space I had on my desk. The most important thing really is how it looks. The display brightness, colors and quality/sharpness and this display hits all very well. Out of the box it was ready to go in terms of picture adjustment and didn't require any real adjustment to the settings which is great for anyone that doesn't want the fuss of setting it up. The picture is bright, clear and colors are crisp but not overly saturated. That said, it has all of the standard settings you'd expect to see to customize it to your viewing preferences. It has a wide viewing angle making it easy to see from different angles on my desk. It is adjustable so you can adjust the angle/tilt and then has a cable management slot on the stand in the back (a huge plus!). As you can see in the specs, it does have an HDMI and DVI port so it should support most computers though I do wish that it had either a DisplayPort or Thunderbolt port as many newer laptops have typically only a mini DisplayPort. It doesn't have any USB ports which to me wasn't something I needed. It does have an audio in and out so its easy to connect an accessory speaker. Overall, this is great display and is the quality you'd expect to see from a Dell monitor. I'd recommend it!

    Power cable stopped working

    Great monitor. I love the LED display, overall look and feel. However the reason for the 2 star rating is the power cable stopped working all of the sudden. The reason I know it stopped working is because I tried a different cable to see if it was the monitor but the display was showing to use a specific dell cable. I thought it was very strange to be honest.

    Nice if you can find on sale, but the 27" is better and ultimately what I went with in the end.

    Horrible Glare

    The monitor works fine and has a good picture, but there is a highly reflective finish. I have a window behind me and it would pick up the reflection horribly. I constantly had a ghost of myself showing on the monitor also. I returned them after 1 day to get a matte finish monitor with anti glare.

    This monitor will be a great second screen to your set up. I am used to looking at 4K screens though so using this makes objects, photos and text look soft. It is very easy to look at—the default brightness and contrast is light enough to make it easy on the eyes. The viewing angle is great too; I can see details on even far sides of the screen. There is some glare but compared to high resolution laptop screens, I noticed how relaxing it is to use this versus the regular laptop monitor. It is lightweight, easy to install, jacks are simple—straight VGA or HDMI. There’s a 3.5mm jack for audio at the back and the control buttons to adjust screen settings are very simple. Even just the looks of the monitor itself looks good—hardly any bezels showing—no wonder it is very light to handle. If you do not mind seeing pixelations, if you are used to 4K screens, this monitor is worth it. Really good value!

    Based on the previous reviews i have purchased this Dell Monitor, It worked absolutely fine for 2 days i don't know what might happened the next day i not able to connect this monitor to my laptop. Disappointed with this purchase.

    Dell, along with another company have always been my "go to" companies for monitors. So when this 23" IPS came my way, how could I resist? It has all of the features a monitor should. Being iPS, the viewing angles are pretty much from any angle. I am currently using it on my secondary desktop which runs linux, and there were no issues in that respect. It was plug and play using the HDMI port. As is standard with most monitors, there are multiple buttons on the bottom that allow you to control various features such as brightness (which I actually had to turn DOWN --- which is a first!) and contrast. My favorite part of the monitor is the fact that it is nearly bezel-less. I don't know the exact bezel size on the top and sides - but you can barely tell there are any! Onto the point that made me leave off one star.... When connecting the monitor to its stand, the only way it would slide in for me made the stand not be straight. Meaning it (the stand is curved on my desk when I straighten the monitor. Could it have been user error? Maybe.. But the monitor (for me) would not slide onto the stand any other way. Again, perhaps I received a faulty model. It just looks.....Weird. If this is either user error on my part, or a faulty unit I received, then I would certainly recommend this product. HOWEVER, if these issues plague the whole model-line - then - no-way Jose!
