Good for your initial monitor but I wanted something a little bigger. Hard to tell when purchasing online and picking up.

Picture is great but no sound

Best Buy has poor customer service

I brought it back to the store where purchased, but they refused to take it back, said I had to send it back to best buy support directly. I am still dealing with them and awaiting a refund or return of a repaired monitor. I will never buy products from Best Buy ever again.

Delayed Refund

Customer Service has been useless. All I'm told is that case was escalated with no resolution. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because my refund has taken longer than the 7-10 business days noted on their website.

Screen was messed up, Called customer service and they were supposed to ship me a replacement but on the day she said the replacement would arrive I got a refund and no replacement. Now I'm stuck looking for another one.

Monitor Malfunction
