Great value for the money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have only used this monitor for a few hours so far but I am very happy with the picture ( I have not calibrated it yet) and with the multitude of inputs. The ability to connect to a laptop via usb-c and transmit video as well as charge the laptop from the same connection is great and has really come in handy.

Get ready for Kernel Panic Errors
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have always liked this monitor. I’ve been buying variations of it since 2015. I bought two more for my home office but there is some major issues with MacBook Pro when leaving it idle it will cause your MacBook to crash or get kernel panic errors I tried replacing my MacBook Pro with a brand new one, and we have the same issue with these monitors.  I highly recommend looking for a more compatible monitor because this one definitely has major issues with macOS and I have researched many forums and Reddit and there are a lot of other users with the same exact issue.

Broke Within Minutes
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The picture was great. I got it all hooked up and then suddenly the screen began to flicker a lot. Whenever I would turn the display off and try to fix it, the screen it was once on was burnt into the display itself so I have to replace it. Apparently it is not very compatible with Mac. Do not get if you have a mac. Waste of time.

Follow these quick steps to resolve display issues
Fix 1: Perform a hard reset
A hard reset helps drain static electricity that may be causing the power issue. To perform a hard reset, follow these steps.
1. Turn off the computer.
2. Disconnect the power cable (for desktop computers), or disconnect the AC adapter and remove the battery (for Dell laptops with removable battery).
NOTE: For Dell laptops that have a nonremovable battery, learn How to Reset Real Time Clock (RTC) to Recover Your Dell Laptop. For Dell laptops with removable batteries, see the user guide of your Dell laptop for step-by-step instructions to safely remove the battery.
NOTE: On select Dell Latitude laptops, learn How to Use Forced ePSA to Recover from a POST or Boot Failure.
3. Disconnect all devices such as USB drivers, printers, webcams, media cards (SD/xD), except the keyboard and mouse.
4. Press and hold the power button for 15 to 20 seconds to drain the residual power.

Doesn't work with Mac

Buyer beware if shipping product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Writing an initial review to let those considering this product know that Best Buy doesn't have them in stock, they are dropshipping them from the manufacturer and Dell are currently two weeks behind. I was told I would receive this June 24 and now they are "hoping it arrives by July 9." If you need this item by the ADVERTISED date, seek it elsewhere. You will have no recourse with Best Buy.

Dell is terrible
