I needed bigger monitors for WFH. I wanted to eliminate my docking station. These have a powered USCB for connecting and charging. Only issue is you can not interconnect 2 monitors with this model. I am using a USBC and the HDMI but the 2 cables are so much less then the extra cords from the dock. Sound quality is great. I have never been a Dell person, but I do love these monitors. I stream on them after work and the sound and picture is great.

Was looking for monitor for macbook, this is the best! Only need type c cable to connect, cool design and beat price for the 4k 27. Don’t regret it at all.

This monitor is a great value for someone looking for a 4K 120 Hz screen. The 27" 4K display was crisp and clear when navigating through UI, reading text, watching content, etc. The speakers on the monitor were also a nice surprise as they are much better quality than a lot of other monitor speakers. It was nice being able to connect my laptop to the monitor through a single cable (USB-C) for display and power. The USB hub on the monitor is also convenient as it allows one to plug in accessories such as external mice, keyboard, or storage devices. You can download the Dell Display Manager application which stops you from having to fiddle with the OSD. The only thing that I did not like about this monitor was the color temperature. It was too warm in comparison to my MacBook display. There is a preset for a "cool" picture, but that picture is too cool when compared to MacBook display. There is no way to fine tune color temperature other than through custom RGB values which is a bit annoying.

The monitor seems to be good for my purposes, which is mainly office work and some video editing. I am using with a Mac Studio desktop and the USB-C plug-and-play was convenient. Set up was easy as well, as I just went into Settings and changed the display resolution to match my other monitor. The housing does feel a bit cheap, but it helps make the monitor fairly light and easy to move, which I do sometimes have to do due to my work set up being on a dining room table.

Great monitor! I am using it for software development and the fonts are crystal clear for long coding sessions and minimum eye strain. The USB-C is nice as my docking station will not do 120HZ so have it plugged directly into the laptop to achieve this. Really impressed with this as I was using the 2021 version and this is a big upgrade with the faster refresh rate and a lot easier on my eyes. Great monitor if you can get a deal go for it!

Super simple to setup. Ports are clearly noted. I’m not sure I needed the 27 inch size. It’s quite large but I work with photos and they are very clear and sharp. I’ll need to get used to such a large screen. However, I can fit a lot of data on it! I also like that I can raise and lower the screen easily.

I bought this as a replacement monitor for one that was broken. It has been great. The set up was pretty easy (10 minutes) and the monitor itself is high quality - great colors, good size for a home office and I love the fact that it can power my computer and display the screen through one USB connection - that removes the clutter from my desk. Very pleased.

I was on the fence on which monitor to purchase. It was between this one a few others. Ultimately, I decided on 2 of these Dell 4K monitors and WOW! I was coming from some old FHD monitors, and the difference is remarkable! The image clarity is amazing; I don't see any light bleeding (which I was concerned about moving away from VA monitors and trying IPS), and all the various input connections are great. I would hand's down recommend this monitor to someone looking to pick up a 4K monitor for their workstation. The refresh rate is probably not high enough for hard core gaming, but for everyday work use these are amazing.

Before this I had a really nice Dell monitor from 2018 (which was still fine, but wanted an upgrade) and man, am I happy I picked this up! I really love that it has modern display options in terms of plugging it into your pc. The USB c display port is a welcome surprise, and theres even a part underneath the monitor that pops out to give you charging ports for USB and USBC. All of this was in the listing, but I missed it. The price point was worth it without these neat little additions, but learning that it had this after the fact made it instantly well-worth it. Great for the digital editing I do in after effects and photoshop!

This is about as good as you can get for a 4k monitor that has a high refresh rate and costs less than $400. The stand was extremely easy to put together and install onto the display. I will say though it is a bit flimsy and feels cheap when adjusting because it is made out of mostly plastic. Another thing is that the built in speakers are not the greatest quality, I would recommend not using them. At this price point though, I cannot complain about these two things. A major complaint do I have though is this monitor does not come with an HDMI 2.1 cable, only a USB-C cable. I had to find a spare HDMI 2.1 cable in order for this to work for me. I am aware that that the USB-C port is meant to charge a laptop. Additionally, it does support a Display Port Alt connection, however a lot of desktop video cards do not support this type of connection without an adapter. As for the display, do not bother using HDR with this, as the colors look all washed out and terrible. In SDR mode (normal mode) though, the colors look great and are accurate right out of the box. Just make sure that you turn the brightness up and select 120hz in your display settings once you are up and running to get the full experience.

I've only had this monitor for a couple weeks, but I really like it so far. The setup was easy, the monitor stand is sturdy and adjustable, and I like the variety of connection options. It works great with my MacBook using either the usbc or hdmi connections, the resolution is good, and I like the slightly-matte screen finish, since my workspace is bright, and a glossier screen would have had too much glare.

I bought this to attach to my Mac M4 Mini which is used mostly for coding. I originally had the Mac connected to a non-4K Samsung 27in monitor with an HDMI cable. The text on the Samsung was fuzzy so I checked around and found that 4K monitors work better with Macs. Went down to my local BestBuy after checking out their website and the Dell was in stock and on sale. Spent no more than 15 minutes at the store and brought the monitor home. I connected it to the Mac the following day and it was problematic when using the HDMI cable that was working on the Samsung. When using the HDMI cable the Dell monitor would come up for 3 to 6 minutes and then shutdown for 1 to 4 minutes consistently. I did not have another HDMI cable in the house so I used the Dell included USB-C cable and the problem was solved. Text is fully formed and sharp. YouTube videos are better and sharper than on the Samsung. Colors are fantastic. I have a set of external speakers that I was going to use with the Mac but the Dell's built-in speakers have good enough quality for my needs. All in all the Dell monitor is great for my uses. So good in fact that I'm probably going to buy another one for my wife's Christmas present this year. Now I won't recommend this to a friend because most if not all of my friends are notorious "But you said it was great" types. When they come over to the house and get a chance to see the Dell monitor and use it I believe that they will get one if they need it. About half of them bought Macs after using mine.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m really happy with this monitor. The picture looks super sharp, the colours are bright without being overdone, and everything just feels smooth, especially when I’m switching between work and watching shows. I didn’t realize how much difference a good refresh rate and an adjustable stand would make until I started using it every day ;) What really made the experience great, though, was the help I got at the store. One of the staff members took the time to ask what I actually needed and walked me through a few options without pushing anything on me. He explained the differences in a way that actually made sense, and thanks to that, I ended up with the monitor that fits me perfectly. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. If you’re on the fence, this one’s definitely worth a look and Best Buy made the whole process super easy.

This is my first 4K screen. Everything about it is great. I use it with a HP Linux laptop connected over USB-C and it just works. Some people complained about the sound. I had forgotten it had built in speakers. I think they are great for a monitor. I play YouTube music videos and do video conferencing using the monitor speakers and they work just fine. Great purchase.

Very clear, great sound, very adjustable - both height & tilt. A bit larger than I realized it would be & still adjusting but getting there. Nice to have extra plug outlets for variety of cords. I connected HDMI & had instant connection.
