Did the following things to solve the problem: Updated all the drivers Formated the laptop Turned freesync setting on and off Changed refresh rate Registered in Windows Insider program > Release Preview Channel and installed 20H2 Still, the problem exists hence replacing it with another piece, I hope that i have a faulty piece.

Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear about the flickering that you've been experiencing. Please note that S3220DGF is a FreeSync2 monitor and is NOT G-Sync Compatible. If G-Sync is enabled on that monitor, issues such as flicker, blanking, etc could occur. List of Dell G-Sync Compatible monitors are listed here: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/products/g-sync-monitors/specs/.
