Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a fantastic monitor, however this is not for the console player, this monitor will not display 1080p 120 hz it will also not do 1440p 120 hz this will only do 60 hz for both period, do not buy this monitor unless you are using a pretty good gaming PC, the monitor does have a decent picture and the curve is nice but this will be returned.

Thank you for your feedback and review. We apologize for the issues you have come across with your display resolution. We would love to help right away and have provided steps below that can help adjust your resolution through Windows 10.
Setting the resolution in Windows 10:
1. Close all open programs.
2. You can either right click Start, and then click Control Panel or click on start and type Control Panel and click the icon that appears.
3. In the Control Panel window, click System, and then click Display.
4. Select the monitor you want to change, if more than one is connected to your PC.
5. Click on the Resolution drop down box to see a list of recommended resolutions for that display.
6. Click on the one you want, to change the screen resolution, and then click Apply.
7. Click on keep changes if you want to keep the new settings. If not select revert.
- Note: If new settings do not work, Windows® will attempt to revert back to the original settings automatically.
8. Restart the computer to ensure that the changes stay in effect.

Good monitor but one red stuck pixel

Since September of 2020 I have been discovering more and more dead pixels on my screen. At first it was fine, but now they've become a significant distraction when gaming or watching a show. If longevity is what you're after, I would not recommend this product. If you don't mind spending $400 on a monitor that won't last a year, then this is the one for you.

I think that the card is fine overall, but this is an unacceptable way to ship such an expensive piece of hardware. My review will change if the graphics card doesn't last.

Will update if I change the card and it continues. Also, the connections seem to be extremely sensitive on the back, if you move the HDMI or display port wire a little the screen flickers.

However, this model proved to be really poor at displaying my preferred game, Path of Exile. The game has utilizes dark scenes and a loot system that relies on text hovering above objects. When moving, the VA panel on this model exhibited high levels of "black smearing." I adjusted all settings on the OSD, NVIDIA control panel, and I have a suitable graphics card in a RTX2080. Ultimately I decided on a higher priced LG model that is IPS. I would say this is good value for office and browsing, but a deal-breaker for gaming. To really approach the higher end, a larger investment is required at this time.
