The first time I used it was all good but now it either keeps searching for connection or it finds connection but won’t go above 60hz.

Please keep in mind that we always recommend using the included cables in the box for compatibility. Likewise, please ensure that the aftermarket cables you are using meet the DisplayPort 1.2 standard to support 165Hz over QHD resolution.
