Below I have provided some possible resolutions to help resolve this problem. I have also included a link to the User's Guide for your monitor, where you can find this information on page 54.

      Intermittent Issues Resolutions
      ∞ Ensure that the video cable connecting the monitor to
      the computer is connected properly and is secure.
      ∞ Reset the monitor to Factory Settings (Factory Reset).
      ∞ Perform monitor self-test feature check to determine if
      the intermittent problem occurs in self-test mode.

    Black screens while gaming

    This monitor worked just fine for about 2 months then when i could no longer return it, it then starts to lose signal for about 15 seconds randomly while gaming. I used the monitor on multiple systems and it does it on all of them and with different DP cables.

    Absolutely love this monitor

    I was originally in the market for a 27" gaming monitor but stumbled upon this 32". I was previously gaming on a 34" Ultrawide that was only 60hz and was more of a productivity monitor. I now game on this and use the 34" for work. I have this paired with a Radeon RX 5700XT. The jump from a 60hz monitor to 165hz is insane. Freesync works flawlessly. Performance wise I couldn't be happier. Not just that, the physical appearance of the monitor also has to be mentioned. From the subtle curve of the monitor to the almost bezel-less frame. Extremely sturdy stand. It's just very pleasant to look at on your desk. For the price and what you get, it's hard to find another monitor that can come close to this one. I highly recommend this monitor to anyone who that's looking to upgrade their current 24-27" monitor.

    Wouldn’t buy

    Returned due to the fact when you activate free-sync (yes it doesn’t come from the factory activated) you get an intermittent black screen 5-10 seconds and it’ll flip back on. Screen was beautiful when it worked, but when you die in game because your screen blacked out. You’ll be frustrated.

    This monitor has serious issues. Cant handle ps5 and dell XP’s connection together. Primarily because if the difference in refresh rate. I was in a mess. Had to book support got a refurbished on and the returned both. Never buying from dell again. That said their customer service is good

    picked up May 19th. Here it is June 30th and Dell is having to send me a new board for my monitor because it will not get out of 60hz and best buy will not take it back after a month of ownership. So here I am playing repair man on a $450~ monitor that is a month old... Thanks Best Buy and Dell!

    Nothing But Problems

    I bought this monitor a year ago this month. After around the fourth month the screen started to flicker and last week it finally died. Of course It's out of manufacturers and store warranty. Do not buy.

    This review does not reflect my bestbuy experience. I give bestbuy 5 stars for making returns easy and hassle free. This monitor gets 1 star because it has dead/stuck pixels fresh out of the box and to pay such a price for somthing that has anything less than a perfect screen is unacceptable.

If G-Sync is enabled on that monitor, issues such as flicker, blanking, etc. could occur.     We purchased the monitor on November 20,2020 for his Bday and its Febuary7,2021 and it went out already not sure if it has factory warranty or now. Like 3 months of ownership all i have to say is wow.. I guess i will call Dell tomorrow to get the run around.

    Got this for my son for Christmas and the day after Christmas it has a F * C K ING vertical pixel blowout. I thought only HP laptop monitors were this F * C KING S H * TTY. Now we have to return, will not buy another F * C K ING DELL monitor ever.

    I’m a gamer and when I play games I can see literally every pixel. Also the 60hz watermark is also very annoying. It also doesn’t come with a DP cord. The Windows start menu is also pixelly

    Screen is extremely fragile. Slight pressure resulted in a crack. Still viewable but black area continues to expand. If planning on purchasing, buy the warranty. Our mistake.

    If I could give this zero stars I would. We gave this to my son for Christmas. When we opened the package the screen was completely cracked!! Livid! Returning tomorrow.
