Did not have usb c and lacked some fearures. Really heavy. Could not find this exact model on Dells website. Not sure if its special made for best buy.

We understand how upsetting this could be. Provided below are instructions on testing your monitor for errors. We recommend you perform the test to determine the severity of the issue.
Here are the recommended steps for troubleshooting your monitor:
1. Power off the monitor.
2. Disconnect any external devices that are connected to the computer.
3. Connect the AC adapter (charger) to the computer.
4. Make sure that the LCD (screen) is clean (no dust particles on the surface of the screen).
5. Press and hold the D key and power on the computer to enter LCD built-in self-test (BIST) mode.
6. Continue to hold the D key, until you see color bars on the LCD (screen).
-The screen displays multiple color bars and change colors to black, white, red, green, and blue.
-Carefully inspect the screen for abnormalities.

I got the monitor for $350 and I haven't anything that comes close to as good of a deal. You get a very nice 32" 1440p with a 165hz refresh rate. The USB passthrough is nice to clean up cables and gives easy access for things like USB drives or a card reader. My one complaint is that my panel came with one dead pixel, it's off to the right of center so it's not in the main focus, and after the first couple of days of use, I stopped noticing it. Overall, I still highly recommend this monitor for $350-400.

My friends have a curved HD TV and I absolutely hate it. Too much glare. I wanted a new monitor for my gaming PC. Greater than 1080p resolution and big. Looked at this one and got a breakdown from the sales rep. He showed the easy adjustability, and explained what i would need to do for optimized color on my NVidia graphics card. I was sold. Games like Gears5 run like a dream on this. Not choppy at all. I didn't need to adjust the colors as suggested. I'll never go back to a low refresh rate again. $100 price match within a week was nice too. I do not regret this monitor.
