Good monitor for the price

There have been some minor improvements (the physical buttons are improved) and a few sacrifices (the stand is less robust, and no built-in USB hub), but overall it is a quality value proposition. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

Dead pixels after 6 months

Spent over $300 and out of nowhere a bunch of dead pixels showed up at the edge. Best Buy wouldn’t do anything and Dell wouldn’t do anything. Best Buy told me I had to talk to Dell and Dell told me I had to talk to Best Buy. Each company was just sending me to the other and I wasted so much time going in circles. I feel they do this so people give up (which I did, so I guess the tactic worked). Loved the monitor until this happened. Can’t recommend at all - seems like this one is always on sale too, so maybe they know something is wrong with them.

Super Cool

This was my first experience with Dual monitors and the folks at Bestbuy made the purchase experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend as an add on to a laptop.

Good display

Colors seem a little washed out, but that maybe because I am using the default settings. Also, be careful if using with a docking station to make sure that it allows the correct refresh rate. The one I have does 4K@30Hz only, so I mush plug it directly into my mac.
