    Absolutely terrible job by Best Buy. The product arrived in a damaged box from shipping. Best Buy did nothing to try to protect the product during shipping (shipped it in the box it came in from the manufacturer). I hooked the monitor up for first time and immediately had scrolling lines with a damaged display.

    I wanted to love this monitor but I literally brought THREE different ones...ALL OF THEM HAD ONE OR MORE DEAD PIXELS! Quality control in dell is horrible! If you purchase this monitor make sure you run a pixel test on it! More than likely you will see one or more dead pixels! Returning for a refund now smh!!!

    OSD menu pops up randomly. It has not been exposed to any adverse conditions. Started about 3 months after the warranty expired (1 year warranty, AFAIK).

    This monitor lags very bad for games. This may work okay for slow kids games. But down l does not work well for games

    Honestly Im only giving it 4 stars because when i had bought it I was honestly stupid and overpaid for it but besides that its a really great monitor. Displays colors pretty good, it has a GREAT matte finish so none of the lights doesnt matter if its from your window or room barely shine off your monitor back at you (but then again no reason you should purposefully play with something glaring off because it still is annoying when its there). Another reason im giving it 4 stars is because of my own doing but in my experience it gets scuffed up pretty easily granted i only have one scratch on my screen but its fairly deep into the screen lol. But yea overall solid gaming monitor like itll definitely satisfy any of your gaming desires on a “budget”. If you do decide to buy definitely do it on sale I still dont think its worth full price even 2-3 years later.

    This monitor does exactly what it says on the box. Windows immediately recognizes the resolution and refresh rate, enabling freesync in nvidia control panel works a charm. It's a VA panel which means you're not going to get the best contrast, color accuracy, or viewing angles, but it's more than good enough for gaming and day to day use. Not ideal for professional photography/videography, but it's also only 400 dollars so you get what you pay for. The curve isn't really noticeable to me, but if you're mounting a webcam to the top of the display ... you'll notice that. My webcam perches at the top of the monitor fine I guess, but it feels pretty precarious. Honestly the curve is more trouble than it's worth. It's not extreme enough to provide a more immersive experience, and you won't really find that unless you're moving into ultrawide territory. I'm using this over dipslayport to get the highest refreshrate, necessary to hit 165hz, and it works flawlessly. No noticeable tearing, though that will vary depending on your pc and which title you're playing. Don't expect to hit max frames in triple A graphics intensive titles at the highest settings. That's an unrealistic expectation considering the current limitations of hardware. Esports titles are a different beast though. If you have the hardware to push it (RTX2000 or 3000 series cards 700 and up) you should be able to basically max out this monitors refresh rate all the time on esports titles. My only real complaint is the stand. You can raise it, you can tilt it a tiny bit, but it doesn't swivel or rotate. I'd be okay without rotation but no swivel at this price point seems like an oversight. The base of this stand is ridiculously oversized too. I prefer the triangular leg design from other manufacturers because it leaves much more of your desktop space open. Don't expect to put anything directly underneath the monitor (speakers for example), because the base isn't really conducive to it. It's kind of minor but it matters to me. The stand seems very well built, but it's just going to get stuck in a closet because the monitor is going to be mounted on a gas spring monitor arm anyway. The stand really bums me out actually because I have a 27'' monitor with similar specs that only cost 200 and came with a stand that has all the adjustments I want. Anyway ... Overall a very solid panel for gaming and day to day use. The curve is pretty pointless, and I wish the stand was better, plus a USB hub would've been nice, but yeah. Not bad. Knock off 50 bucks bringing this down to 350 and it would be a 5 star product.
