    This monitor worked fairly well. The only thing I didn't like was the dimensions. It was a little larger in height than I cared for.

    Overpriced junk

    This monitor broke in less than two months after I bought it. One day while I was working, the monitor went to black. Dell's exact diagnosis was "MONITOR NO VIDEO - DPS_POS". I have owned probably a half dozen monitors in the past decade, and not a single one of them has ever broken, let alone after just a few weeks. I was of course entitled to a replacement monitor, although all they would give me was a refurbished one - fine, as long as it works. But that wasn't the end of it. Dell then began demanding all kinds of pictures to "prove" I owned the monitor. I guess the receipt, the serial number, etc was not enough. Then the pictures that I sent Dell were not good enough, and new ones needed to be sent. I've now been without the expensive monitor that I bought less than two months ago for 2.5 days, with no replacement in sight.

    Beware

    Be ready to see permanent green horizontal lines just outside of the warranty period. It was a great screen up until this point, but I can't recommend it. I'm staying away from ALL Dell products moving forward. You should too.

      Thank you very much for your valuable feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are not too happy with your Dell 32” LED curved monitor because you are experiencing green lines which run horizontally on the screen.
      Your monitor has a built-in diagnostic tool that helps you determine if any screen abnormality you experience is an inherent problem with your monitor, or with your computer and video card.

      To run the built-in diagnostics:

      1. Ensure that the screen is clean (no dust particles on the surface of the screen).
      2. Press and hold Button 4 for about 4 seconds until a pop-menu appears.
      3. Use Button 1 or Button 2 to select the diagnostic tool and use Button 3 to confirm. A gray test pattern appears at the beginning of the diagnostic program.
      4. Carefully inspect the screen for abnormalities.
      5. Press Button 1 again to change the test patterns.
      6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to inspect the display in red, green, blue, black, white, and text screens.
      7. Press Button 1 to end the diagnostic program.

      If you do not detect any screen abnormalities upon using the built-in diagnostic tool, the monitor is functioning properly. Check the video card and computer.

    I paid over 400$ for a monitor that has a display port that doesn’t work. Even bought a new DP cable. It was too late to return when I noticed.
