    The price of this monitor is great and I love Dell products but the response time isn’t good and videos with a lot of movement stutter all the time. I returned it and got something with 1 me response time.

    One of the three that I purchased doesn't work. And with Covid19, returning it to Best Buy wasn't really possible. Now can't return :( Same situation with HP monitors I also recently bought. 33% fail rate is not good.

    The cord that goes from the back of the monitor into the computer does not fit the computer. Therefore, I cannot tell whether the product works. Now I have to go to the added expense of buying another cord that hopefully will fit.

    Older model of this is actually better in my opinion, great for simple use, though not too well for gaming or streaming. Bought for primary, but using as my secondary communication monitor.
