    Bought two of these and they worked great until one stopped working out the blue . I took care of the item and barely used it. The other one still works but I’m out a new monitor for no clear reason

    This is a great monitor for the price, the display is very good, uses an IPS LCD panel, so good viewing angles. I use it with a Radeon™ RX 480 Graphics Card using HDMI, this support freesync which should make game play better. Monitor is bright enough, colors seem accurate, no dead pixel. Games look good, photo's look good, 27" is plenty big. All in all a great deal.

    Great price but the picture was poor. Displayed text had what looked like a shadow. This was an open box so i assume the previous purchaser had the same problem.

    Garbage monitor. Definitely buy something else. I had multiple dead pixels a month after buying then the replacement had dead pixels too!!!!

    Bought this computer, within 2 weeks driver had gone bad and I exchanged for a new one. Within two days, same issue again. Don't buy this model.

    We had this monitor for under a month, and it no longer works! Unfortunately, we can't return it as the 15-days passed. I would pass on this purchase!

    Screen cracked within a week.

    No visible damage to screen but when it turns on there's a crack in it. Have zero idea how it happened. Just turned it on one day and cracked.

    This monitor does not allow any hdmi input outside of a pc, so if you attempt to hook up a PS4 or Xbox one look elsewhere.

    Great Monitor - No HDMI Cable Required

    I recently purchased this monitor and am very happy with the quality of the product. The purpose of my review is to let other shoppers know that this unit comes with an HDMI cable and not a VGA cable that is currently listed on what is included. I had ordered a separate HDMI cable because I thought I needed to, but did not. There wasn't a VGA cable in the box though if that is the connection type you need.

    Very low quality monitor. The image is not sharp at all. Returned it after 3 days of use. I bought UP2516D and they are very good.

      We're sorry to hear that your computer is not working the way that you hoped it would. We'd recommend the following steps to try to get your computer started again:

      1. If the computer is displaying the Dell logo and does not move past that point, it has probably failed POST.
      2. If the power indicator lights up and it is amber or orange, this is usually an indicator that it has failed POST.
      3. If you see text on a black screen, the computer is currently performing the POST. If the computer stays in that condition and does not move past it, it has probably failed POST.
      4. If the video screen displayed anything at all during the startup process but is now black, this probably indicates that the computer failed POST.
      5. If the computer is beeping or if Caps/Num/Scroll Locks are flashing, note if there is a particular pattern in which it beeps or flashes.
      6. If the computer is not beeping and caps/num/scroll locks are not flashing, unplug all connections and remove all media communication devices (e.g. external monitors); reconnect one at a time and check if the computer functions.
      7. For a notebook, press and hold the Fn key and then press the power button. This starts the pre-boot testing and will launch ePSA. In case you have a Desktop at the Dell logo screen tap the F12 key to enter One Time Boot Menu and use the arrow keys to highlight Diagnostics and press enter.

    Sorry I wrote my review on the wrong monitor lol. This monitor is great! :) The only downside i had with this monitor is it didn't come with the VGA cable and it was supposed to. It said it in the instructions. So i contacted bestbuy via live chat, and the guy told me that i had to bring my photo ID, my receipt, and the case number he gave me in order to get my VGA cable. So i went back to the store the next day and I was able to get the VGA cable at no cost. I would definitely recommend this monitor to others to use. Just make sure to check the box when you buy to make sure you have both the HDMI cable and the VGA cable. :)

    I bought this Dell monitor because the screen of my Lenovo Flex 15 laptop was too dim, even on the highest setting. After consulting Lenovo extensively, I found myself out of luck; the Flex 15's monitor is dim across the board. This monitor saved me. At a great price, the plug-and-play functionality worked perfectly with the included HDMI cable, and I was up-and-running in minutes. My chief concern was brightness, and this monitor more than delivers in this regard. I cannot speak to color spectrum and more "advanced" qualities of the monitor, since I am uneducated in these areas and don't really care about them, but for everyday internet and word processing, Excel, etc., this monitor truly excels. The stand it comes with is quite nice and easy to place the monitor on, but my one gripe is that it is not flexible. I would like to push the monitor toward the bottom of my desk as it is easier on the eyes to look down at the monitor rather than straight at it. However, this is a minor gripe, and at this price point, I wouldn't expect this flexibility; further, this gripe in no way takes this monitor down even a notch from the five-star rating I am providing. Fabulous job, Dell!

    I bought this while it was on sale and it was shipped to my house in three days. Excellent, clear picture that looks fantastic while gaming. I am unable to use Freesync since I have an Nvidia graphics card, but am still impressed with this product. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive monitor that looks great.

    Pixel Lines

    I made this purchase quickly as it was on sale, without much research based on its specifications and others reviews. Initially, once I got it set up I didn't see the defects (2 vertical and 2 horizontal) pixel lines as I was testing movies/gaming. When I went to desktop use, they were obvious with any solid white background. Replacing the HDMI cable didn't make a difference. For the price at the time I don't think you can do better, assuming there are no defects in the screen. I decided to return it however, because this model wasn't carried in the store (ordered online) and I decided I wanted to get something bigger that could be wall mounted.
