Definitely a IPS panel. In the picture,the left and right monitor are the dell 27 inch and the middle is a lg 4K ips.

For a screen with a refresh rate of 75Hz the image is clear and crisp. Had to fiddle a little with computer settings to optimize it but besides that a great buy
