Product Quality issue

Got home, turned on and got a CPU fan inoperative error. Called tech support. Very friendly but can't resolve issue. Back to Geek squad. 3 day repair to re glue fan to board. Apparently factory only used a small uneven amount on assembly line. Other than that, computer is running fast and strong. I still wouldn't be afraid to re-purchase.

Daily computer

My two complaints are that I paid too much for it at Best Buy due to the timing (just before C'mas) of my needs and the sound card on the MB is not very good. Was surprised about the card because my Dell laptop has a good one. Now I'll look for a second card. A music lover should look for another machine or plan on buying a better card.
