Easy to use, has front loading for coffee, makes good consistent coffee and we both love it!

I usually am skeptical on brands that I never heard of, but this coffee maker works great. Definitely keeps coffee hot!

I needed a new coffee maker, and this was on sale. At first, I was skeptical of the front fill design, but it works when you have limited counterspace. The only thing I would improve on would be to make the lid on the carafe removable. It is hard to clean with the lid in the way.

At first I had a hard time making my coffee just right. If I followed the directions in the manual it was way too strong. I don't use near the amount of coffee I used to for a 10 cup pot. There is a feature that enhances the aroma and this slows the drip down. When I use this feature I use about 3 scoops less than normal. I makes coffee smell wonderful and tastes great! I also like the way the carafe pours. No drips! It pours even and smooth. All in all it took a little while to get use to but I have learned to make adjustments to make a wonderful pot of coffee.

Love this product. We have DeLonghi's toaster oven for that past 8 years and never had a problem, so we thought we would try the coffeemaker since we did not have much luck with Mr Coffee Maker. So far so good and so quiet.

Adding water/coffee is easy with the swing open access to filter and reservoir. Machine works fine. Clock for setting the timer is not lit and must be run through all 24 hours whenever the timer setting needs to be changed. Carafe lid is not removable.

I researched and compared many coffee makers and found the quality far surpassed the other brands available in a similar price range.I have only had it for a couple of months but have been very pleased with how the coffee tastes every time its brewed. The DeLonghi offers an "aroma" feature which allows you to choose the strength of the coffee.

It's made well, nice quality, easy to set up. I like how the coffee holder does not drain through the bottom of the basket but has to go to the sides of the filter, this solves that problem of the water dripping through one spot in the center of the coffee and not saturating all the coffee grounds evenly. The top swings out to allow you to pour in the water without having to slide out the whole maker, little things like that make this a very nice coffee maker.

Got rid of a k-cup machine for this DeLonghi coffee maker. Brews great coffee and the water/basket fold out is very convenient.

Coffee maker works great, our second one of this style, the first one gave 8 years of service. Brews good coffee, stays hot, great front load access. Only improvement would be a display that is easier to read, it is however better than the first model we bought.

At first we thought this was a great coffeemaker. Reasonable design, relatively easy to load & clean, and it was available at the store down the street first thing on a Saturday morning when our old coffee maker had died the previous night. All was fine for a couple of days. Great coffee, quiet production. Then it started to leak. With 12 cups of water added at night, it would leak two cups by morning. With 10 cups of water added, it would leak two cups. With 8 cups of water added, it would leak two cups. As we were seeing steadily diminishing returns, we gave up at that point and returned it. This is not the fault of Best Buy, they were very nice. There is just something wrong with the design. Maybe the one we had got dropped on its head at some point. And looking at it, it's really sort of clunky & ugly.

This is th only front filling coffee maker. We have a small amount of space between cabinet and countertop. This coffeemaker is perfect. I am very happy.

The coffee maker has lived up to the expectations. We are house full of coffee drinkers and this brews coffee fast. It can be poured during brewing and not lose any of the coffee.

This is the only coffee maker that doesn't have a flip-up lid on top of the water and filter compartment. The water/filter compartment swings open sideways, like a cupboard door, which means you don't have to pull the whole unit forward every time you use it. The non-stick burner is also nice. This is my second DeLonghi. (The first one still works after over ten years of continual use, but burner doesn't stay as warm as it used to and I liked the look of this newer model.)

Great way to make drip coffee, and a convenient way to open from front. This way it can stay under cabinets. Front door is starting to wear out though. Within one month. It won't close up all the way so it's starting let water escape when it's evaporating. Bad for my cabinets and your left with not as much coffee.

I had one like this for years and loved it. I looked around until I found one lik the one I had. I like that the water goes in the front and don't have to pull it out from under the counter.

I really like how you can fill it in the front and don't have to pull it out from under the cabinet. It is so convenient. It has a nice filter holder. And it brews a pot of coffee quickly.

single cup coffee makers work fast and are convenient but you are limited to one cup and a select choice of coffee cups. The de longhi brews whatever coffee you want and allows for several cups which I consider very important. I like it a lot.
