    Not so great machine

    I couldn't even work this machine. It is not easy as it seems. I tried to let hubby help me with it, and he didn't get so we put it back in the box. I wish it were easy to work with this machine; it was too difficult. I was looking forward to making espressos, I rather just use a coffee machine at least it is easy to use.

    Leaking from the drum

    The part where the water comes through into the espresso cup started leaking at about the 14 month mark. I tried cleaning it up myself then took it to a local repair shop to get it assessed, and they told me it would be cheaper to buy a new machine. Delonghi was very unhelpful and wouldn't replace it or repair it even though it was a manufacturing defect. 100% will not buy delonghi again

    Horrible product

    well, let me give you my review I have a dual expresso/coffee machine. This machine the best way to express is HORRIBLE!! I have had to return it 3 maybe 4 times because it does not last the first one broke before the year warranty got a replacement it broke actually received another one as a gift it broke I returned it broke again the one they sent me lasted 2 weeks or so so they sent me another and then this machine lasted around 5 months thoughtI was gonna make it but on Christmas day De'longhi strikes again it broke warmer does not stay hot. and this last time they said there would be no warranty on this item. Thank God I kept my Ninja pot because it works great. We don't overuse it I have checked my power outlet. I am at a loss for words. for what this cost they should be ashamed of the product.

    It takes time to strain the coffee, the pressure does not come out
