I purchased this for my daughter’s birthday. She absolutely loves it and enjoys making her own lattes and other creations from her home, instead of purchasing while she is out.

Its fine, need to be fully clean after you use it and when you use the steam there is some coffe coming out of the coffe cup other than that is good..

The raving reviews were right! Takes some time to make every morning but worth the energy boost. Just keep in mind there’s a break in period. You will be arm wrestling when it comes to twisting the pour spout. But after a few uses it will become much easier.

I love my Cafe Latte's every morning. I've been wanting one of these machines for a long time. After looking around online for a while, and going to Best Buy I felt this was the best for my money in the stainless steel. There was only a few that were offered. I just wish there was a grinder in it and it would do everything in the touch of one button to make it easier. As well as getting rid of all the plastic inside the machine. (Like most if not all machines). Other than that it's great! I wonder if you have replacement parts that can be gotten for the inside of the espresso and froth tubing for those areas. I'm not sure about that.

This is a really good machine. A few things that cause me to say 4 stars instead of 5. 1- it’s hard to get the grounds holder in place. 2- coffee isn’t hot enough for me. 3- the frother is awkward & doesn’t always froth the milk. Things I like- 1- water reservoir 2- machine heats up quickly 3- cup warmer 4- good size for my limited counter space 5-easy to use 6- good price Over all, I recommend the machine.

Worked great for 5 months. I used this to make on average about 6 pulls a week. I would make 2 cups at a time, two pulls and then froth enough milk for two small cups. It started leaking out of the steam wand when I try to pull shots. I tried descaling but it has only gotten worse. This is a cheap amateur appliance that makes amateur cappuccino for budget entry level prices. The pressurized portafilter does a good job of making espresso without having an expensive grinder. The appliance heats reasonable quick. If you only plan on making a cup or two of espresso once a month you might get a couple years out of it or it might start leaking in a few months. If you plan on making espresso on a regular basis, spend your money on a machine not an appliance.

Make decent coffee, taste okay and easy to use. Can make coffee in 3-5minutes.

I received this machine for Christmas 2022 and it is used in our 5months a year seasonal residence. For the price, you cannot go wrong with this machine, it produces a great latte every time, nice frother with pretty dense froth. For the price of this machine, ease of use, clean up, quality of espresso - I've given it 5 stars. There are a few shortcomings but nothing major - I feel the reservoir is somewhat small but I have this near my sink, so use the pull out faucet hose to refill. At Christmas, with my adult children staying, there were 4 of us requiring 2 lattes each every morning, so the reservoir needed to be filled almost daily. The basket in the portafilter has a tendency to come loose once in a while when knocking the grounds out, but that's no big deal. For what this machine cost, it well exceeds expectations.

While we started out loving the quality of this machine and the taste of the coffee dispensed, 7 months later we encountered a problem with the design of the small single filter basket. Please see below... When using the small filter, the filter started rotating in the portafilter when we placed it in position to brew. You can see in the pics where the detent in the small filter is so close to the to the top of the filter that it is almost in line with the spring in the portafilter. You can see where the detent actually scraped inside the portafilter and now gets stuck every time and I need to use a wrench to release it. The detents in the larger filter are lower and do not come near the portafilter spring slot. I have tried to call multiple times, but get no answer. I've held on as much as 20 minutes, so I'm hoping that I will have better results from the website. Fingers crossed! If it wasn't for this, would have been 5 stars. wouldn't recommend yet.

very good expresso, that i've been missing since my old DeLonghi failed - it was a big one, this size is so nice. - trouble started after a week, and have to be pretty intense about clearing the cups (1, 2, pod) tiny holes; the water could not pass through, and blew the handle etc off - what a mess to clean up. if you take care of it, delicious and very satisfactory authentic and strong cappuccino, mocha, what your fancy.

Great machine, easy to use, makes good espresso and love the frothed. It’s a great size for the counter not too big and not too small. It’s made well, definitely doesn’t feel cheap. Buy this!

This is a great beginners espresso machine. It does come with the basic tools to start making your favorite coffee drinks. I personally upgraded the filter basket, stamper, the steamer tip. If this is your first, be forewarned that you can easily go down a rabbit hole trying to get the perfect shot. Choices of beans, grinders, tools, cups, filters can make you go nuts. This machine doesn't take up much space, cleans up easily and does every coffee drink I need it to do. It is a manual switch, it does not shut off automatically.

Oh yeah! Good morning!! This thing is awesome and sooooo easy to use, not alot of non-sense to manage with pods, extra trash etc...it just makes great coffee/espresso. Super cute too, lol Fits nicely on my counter and under my cabinets, doesn't take up much room at all. Seriously simple! Espresso, steamer, hot water and bam! You're having a good morning! It's solid and heavier than I thought for it's size, but in a way that feels well built. No regrets.
