Wonderful concept. Elegant design. Poor reliability. Worked for about a month, made excellent coffe and expressos. Vapor pressure strong and makes quick work of milk. Lasted about a month when pumps started to fail. Warranty repair would take 2 months. Returned and got a Ninja. Such a shame as this has so much potential.

This is a good machine if you want the ability to make espresso and drip coffee but do not have the counterspace for two seperate machines. The espresso function does not have an auto shut off when brewing, so you need to manually turn it off after it has brewed the prefered amount.

Makes excellent coffee (hotter than usual) and espresso. Frother take a little while to warm up and sometimes spits water rather than steam.

It’s a good coffee machine. It gets kinda loud sometimes when using a milk frother, but over all it’s worth the price.

Love it! I would definitely buy this again. It’s super easy and makes a good espresso.

I love this machine! Having coffee options is fantastic and so easy to use. There is thing that I would change to make this perfect! I would eliminate the glass carafe and the hot plate for a stainless steel carafe. I personally hate coffee that continues to “cook” after brewing.

Got this as a gift for my fiance's new apartment. She is Italian, so she hated pretty much all American coffee. In contrast, espresso from this machine makes her face light up every time (best investment I've ever made). I can wholeheartedly recommend this product.

Milk frother is good but don’t use it to heat up 1/2-3/4 cup of milk. It takes too long and still doesn’t heat it all up.

Very useful and it’s versatility is great! The only thing I would say it needs is to be hotter on the espresso side

Very versatile! Although I have not use all features I love that the Expresso machine filter was designed to hold multiple sized coffee grind cup holders sized for one or two shots and even to be able to handle K-Cups. Additionally, the coffee maker has a drip coffee section for which you can automatically program brew times and even has a brew strength selector feature. Overall very satisfied with my machine.

Great machine no complaints. This Coffee maker combo is great for both expresso and regular coffee lover.

Bought as a Christmas gift to my son snd wife and they both gave great reviews, except wish the temperature was a little hotter. Overall great buy!

The only reason this is not getting 1 star is the customer service was helpful. But I will never buy this brand again. There is something wrong with the engineering of this device. The steamer always gets clogged with “air” according to customer service, and now the electronics are going wonky. The timer keep’s switch from a 12 hour clock to a 24 hour clock. If we are brewing it keeps keeping and going from auto to brewing. It is possessed by Brad Pitt’s ghost. (De’Longhi’s spokesperson) ;) don’t buy this unless you want this ghost in your house.

Great to have both espresso and American coffee option in one package. Makes an ok Espresso and great coffee.
