Great product

Makes great coffee for a drip, it uses a schedule if you wish, or a slower drip for a more bold flavor. Also the espresso machine makes great espresso. The foaming wand is also great too for foaming milk.

The only criticism I have is with the poor lip of the pot, it’s too shallow of a dip and tends to allow for spills more than other coffee pots. They’ve mastered the drip speed for brewing, perfect every time.

This machine does everything it need to well. Comes up to temperature quickly and produces plenty of steam for foaming your milk. Good product overall.

We bought this after trying and returning delonghi dinamica. Compared to fancy ones, it brews real coffee, has amazing value, great product.

There’s a lot of water that comes out in a reservoir at the end so I’m going to try it again and if not, it will be returned.

Very poor product quality

We returned/swapped it a week after Christmas for the same unit due to the frother no longer working. We had the new one for roughly 4 days and returned it for the same issue (frother stopped working).
