The boiler is not strong enough to pus the water through the portafilter which leads to a bad extraction. The steam wand is more of a "add water" wand because it leaks more water than steam, so it's actually not able to steam milk

I love the quality of the espresso it makes. The flavor is wonderful, and the milk frother is amazing for making cappuccinos.

The steamer does a good job, the water reservoirs are separate for the espresso and drip functions. It comes with a filter for the drip side. Recommend getting the stainless steel frother cup and shot glasses, these do not come with it, we got the ones that are the same brand.

I bought this for my wife for our anniversary and it sucked so bad she gave me the papers 6mo later when it stopped working. It worked great for about 6 months then went to crap… kinda like my marriage actually. It worked fine until the warranty expired and then started failing. Of all the small appliances you want to work on the first try, the expensive espresso maker you bought ranks pretty darn high. Highly recommend if you want to send a VERY clear message to someone you don’t like.

The main issues are that the temperature is not hot enough — it makes lukewarm coffee — and it also leaks water from the tank. For the past 4 weeks, I have been going to the store, but they keep telling me it’s not in stock and ask me to come back every week to check. I cannot use the product due to these problems, and I would like to have it replaced with the same model as soon as possible. Thank you
