    Trouble from the start!

    Used the coffee maker side of the machine 3 times and it stopped working! The espresso sode works but not the coffee side. Again, used only 3 mornings!!!

    fantastic! if you read the instructions and actually wait for the steam to be hot everything works as it should! only downer is the box shows the two small cup for espresso but they are not included just to show!

    On/off light keeps flashing after the machine is warmed up and coffee has poured. The same thing happens with the milk frothing button. Disappointed.

    Love it! I'm not even running a premium espresso bean through the machine and it a smoother better tasting cup of coffee. I run the espresso, top off with a bit of hot water and add my cream. YUMMO!

    Not a fan of where you fill the water tank. Inwould rather have a tank i can remove and fill it.

    I really liked this machine with the option for coffee and espresso. The function for heating the water for the espresso is shown as a flashing light and then goes solid when it's hot and ready to brew. The light is solid as soon as you turn it on. It worked properly 4 times and then stopped. This is the second machine with the same issue. We will be returning it and looking at some other brands. We had contacted De Longhi and were told to try a reset, that worked once.

    Meh- you get what you pay for

    The coffee pot leaks when you pour coffee and the espresso is lukewarm. When I called De'Longhi customer service, they recognized that they have gotten a lot of calls about both issues. They explained that the coffee pot does not have a design flaw, but that it's mean to be poured like you pour beer. Which makes no sense. I tried it and it still leaks all over my counter. And then they gave some excuse that espresso is supposed to be lukewarm and that the temperature of the cup is the reason for that.

    Decent machine.

    It worked as needed, bought the 2yr warranty with it and 2 months out of warranty the machine broke and turned itself on and flooded my kitchen. Mind you the power switch was off. Bestbuy won’t help at all.

    At first this machine was awesome, the coffee was great, 6 months later after descaling the drip coffee side and doing everything instructed, the drip coffee won't work anymore. no matter what I do the water is just sitting in the reservoir. I'm gonna have to contact warranty to either try to fix it or get a new one. I'm so disappointed given the price paid.

    I bought this machine 3 weeks ago and gave it a chance. I will now be returning it. Pros- it makes coffee, espresso, and steams. Cons - it makes bad coffee, bad espresso, and doesnt steam the milk. just shoots angry water at it. The time I've wasted giving this garbage a shot, i will never get back. The youtube videos trying to work with it. The sunken cost fallacy is real. Save yourself from making the same mistake. The 1 star reviews are real. I will be rebuying the ninja coffee maker i had before.

    We have this machine in December 2023. We called customer service and we even have the video call showing the problem of our machine. The steam coming out and she said it not normal. According to her there is 2 yrs warranty on the machine. So we sent the proof of purchase then we followed up. another customer rep said its only one year. They wont honor the first rep and she said a supervisor will call us. We waited and waited no call at all. So meaning their machine only works for one year So please dont buy this machine

    This coffee machine has a strong plactic smells when brewing coffee, didn't enjoy bad smells in the morning. The tastes of the express coffee is tasty though.

    Don’t count on the frother

    I had to exchange this machine for 2 reasons 1- the frother doesn’t work well & I have to make sure there is no water getting in to my milk, even I was told to wait until flashing stops but still I see water sprays in my cup so I don’t use the frother any more and just heat my milk on stove. Cappuccino maker is ok you just need to make sure the flashing stops before pressing the cappuccino button Coffee section have no issues With all these has been said the one I exchanged for has EXACTLY same issues with the frother.
