    Only good for drip coffee

    I would not buy it if you were looking for hybrid (drip and eapresso). The pressure didn’t work as expected and the temprature was not hot enough. I had to return it.

    The price maybe be good but i think is not a great coffe maker

    Milk steamer barely works, spits water into your milk more often then steam, horrible customer service. The espresso part works fine but you will literally spend 30 minutes making a hot latte

    I have only had this for three weeks and it’s already broken. Talked with someone from Delonghi and they wanted to send me to an appliance dealer and charge me. What a rip off. Also the espresso portion, the water doesn’t get that hot. So disappointed!!

    -10 stars & I've waited a few months before review

    If I could give -10 stars I would. This is the WORST coffee machine of my entire life. The door for the drip coffee seems to be "locked" somehow. Every single time I need to refill water and ground coffee I have to use force to open. It doesn't open easily and makes a huge Click sound ( I'm several times worried that it will break something) It drips water in the back ( Expresso side) No matter how many times I use a descaling solution plus flushing several times, plus changing the water filter... No matter how many times I do that this machine produces THE MOST BITTER COFFEE !!! And I use quality beans that I ground myself like I always did and was great on my old Keurig machine that I also bought at best buy. I'm so incredibly disappointed. It's a 300 dollars machine and was such a waste of money.

    Terrible. DO NOT BUY. The espresso feature broke within 2 months and the coffee brewer broke within 4 months rendering the machine completely useless. In addition, the coffee carafe leaked constantly. Over $300 is literally sitting in our garbage can right now. I will never buy this junk brand again.

    Not a great coffee or espresso maker. Leaked water 8 months after buying. The coffee maker I had for half the price before made a better cup of coffee. Thought I was upgrading but I was not. Wish I had bought something else.
