Don’t do it- get another machine

Way too many parts to keep up with. It cuts itself on and off. The brewed coffee tastes flat- not sure how to describe it. Disappointed with my purchase

I really wanted to love this machine and I should have listen to the prior reviews but I chose to purchase it anyway. Literally TWO months after having this machine, It was malfunctioning. From turning on its own to the clock running as if it was trying to be set to the espresso part not working at all. I really wish I would have registered my product when I bought it so that I could have returned it but it completely slipped my mind. Please read the other reviews. DO NOT BUY this machine. It IS beautiful and IF it worked it WOULD be the best of both worlds but it is a total waste of money.

Electric issue

The first couple of months was working fine but after few the timer & clock keeps changing by itself. When we set it up to make coffee in the morning time some times it does, some times doesn't and some times the coffee is cold. Some time it totally turns off by its own. I don't know what is going on with this machine and it's not any much helpful for us.

Makes good coffee but won’t last.

The manufacture warranty is only good for a year, so given the price we paid for it, I would expect it to be better quality. We changed the filter regularly and only used filtered water so that shouldn’t have been the issue. I would recommend buying the extended warranty if you decide to buy this product.

We are espresso drinkers and had a smaller espresso machine that needed to be replaced after years. The espresso part keeps getting sticker with smaller coffee grinds. A real headache. Had to take the pod apart wash it and re do it hoping to work. Imagine doing this every morning. We wash throughly the part the night before and still, coffee keeps getting stuck. I’m about 20 days out of the returning date, this has getting worse with thins. I wished I had returned it earlier. Save your 250, shop for somewhere else.
