    Not working dont waste your money only 15 days return policy it stops working after 2 weeks of using i tried to return they say its not returnable

    The coffee comes out weak. Both the espresso and the drip coffee. Don’t buy it.

    It simply stop work, brewing, or whatever you want to call it! I called the manufacturer, the agent troubleshooted over video conferencing and said the replacement department will contact me.

    Broke after 6 weeks. I received as a Christmas gift and the concept is great but the manufacturing not so much. Obviously expected more for a $330 machine.

    I bought this machine in Nov 2021, it was very good until the side that makes regular coffee stopped working, less than a year of use and it has already spoiled. disappointed

    Me and my wife thinks its really over priced its just looks big like the price we were really excoted about it we would rather use regular coffe machine then this wrong advertising just to make it look cool

    Frost not good looses strength

    The Frost of these machines only lasts like a week and then loose strength, I have less than a month with it and already having issue can not frost correctly

We recommend using cold, lower fat milk, and a cold stainless steel pitcher to help achieve a great foam.     This seemed like a nice idea but it never worked properly. Entire Espresso reservoir leaked over night. Exchanged for another. Second espresso turned on randomly while power button set to off. Have to unplug to stop. Best to stay away.

    I was very disappointed with this coffee machine when it finally got to my house. The coffee came out just barely warm. I could never get the frother to work right for me either. I ended up returning after a week of trying to perfect the craft.

    Only worked a for a year. Its expensive and supposed to be a good brand, but it didnt even last for a year. Sad.

    Has some size limitations and the connection from the tank to where the espresso spout goes leaks on occasions. Catch all tank beneath adds to size limitation.

    i just don't like it; it stinks. takes forever to get a pot of coffee (15) and you get 7 cups on a 10 cup of water purred regardless of what type of coffee.

    From the beginning the time changed on its own, and now the machine leaks. It's only three months old. Invest in something better. Believe the reviews, they're legit.
