East to use very pleased with this purchase would definitely recommend

This coffee machine brews a pot and also lets you make individual cups of coffee with steamed milk.

After using it for ovet a year I realized that i made a bad choice for buying it because it leaks a lot , thus attracting tiny ants underneath of the machine. Also the steamer does not stay on enough to warm & froth the milk

Great machine, easy to use, very nice functions on it

Made in China. The light to indicate when the water was hot enough didn't work. The water flow doesn't stop when the proper amount has been dispensed. It just keeps flowing until your cup overflows, at which point your espresso is too diluted. Even when you shut the machine off, water continues to drip until the drip pan is overflowing. The coffee maker was okay. All the problems were with the espresso/cappuccino maker.

Very pleased with the quality of coffee/espresso this machine produces. Great price point, love the dual function. Have not experienced any issues with overfilling tray water, no control board display lights malfunctioning or slow brew time like I read in some reviews. Clean design and easy to use.

Decent machine. Only bad thing I have to say is it seems cheaply built but I have no issues with it so far

Initially, I loved it. Great espresso, good coffee. All of a sudden, the espresso part of the maker started making loud sounds, started working on its own in the middle of the night when it's turned off, but still plugged in. I tried calling the customer support, but it's been a week, and i can not get to them. I paid around $300 for it, used it a couple of months over a year, and boom! It stopped working. Sad, but Delonghi company is terrible. I had a gifted grill from them that was not grilling, 5 years later, I got this machine and it stopped working so soon. Will try again to see if they can fix it.

Great product - love the coffee pot and it's nice to have one machine do it all!!

This is great if you like to make your own lattes and like to have everything in one spot. It’s good to know the measurements before purchase to be sure you cabinet space for your coffee center.

Not worth the money. After buying an earlier version of this machine in December 2020, it broke. Steam leaked into the electronics panel and water condensed causing a short. This broke after about a year. This current version was purchased in 2022 and failed in May 2024. This time it was the coffee pot and not being able to start the automatic drip. I surmise it was steam from the coffee pot that leaked into the electronics panel again. This is in addition to the steam mechanism again not being able to work for almost a year.

Very happy with BB service and delivery. Had issues finding this machine. Received this before I expected it.

Returned item , after reviewing other options for coffee machines

Bought this in Oct 19, but really never used it daily until a year later. For the past 3 months the machine has worked fine. Now, mid-January, the pre-heating light no longer works, and the overflow reservoir fills after each use. Is it making espresso, yes, but for how long? In my opinion, not worth $280 for a limited one-year warranty.

The coffee maker worked fine for less than 1 year. The espresso is good and so far no issues, but drip coffee failed because of a thermal fuse. This component is supposed to cut off in case the temperature is >214C, but for some reason if you descale or brew more than one time, the fuses open and the machine doesn't brew anymore; it's a design problem. Drip coffee also generate a lot of steam and I noticed that plastics are cheap and they get deformed over time. Again espresso is ok so far, but I cannot use all the functionality of the machine... tired of replacing fuses. I would suggest to go for a basic espresso maker eventually from the same brand but definitely stay away and buy a drip coffee maker from another brand.

Our first unit went bad within a year. Thankfully we had the protection plan on it and were able to replace it for a fee. Fast forward two years and the replacement unit has gone bad too. Both times the heating unit stopped working. You'd expect more for a $300+ coffee maker.

Total piece of crap. This machine is only good for drip coffee. The espresso side of the machine is horrible. It does not produce hot espresso. Even after turning it on and letting it warm up for 20 minutes....the espresso is not hot. Horrible machine. Shame on you Delonghi for claiming this is an espresso machine. Save your money and spend more on a machine that actually works and gives you a nice hot espresso.

This coffee maker is far inferior to it’s earlier model and makes just half the cappuccino at one time. Their customer service is among the Worst I have ever encountered. Pathetic!!!!!

tldr; I cant believe this product has this high of a rating. For that sticker price, we went with the Bella Pro Series. This thing is ridiculously expensive for what it offers. Small water reservoir, no low-water-level indicator, no automatic shot pour, warm shots, small drip tray, cheap plastic tamp, no hot water dispenser, horrible milk frother, etc etc.

We were really excited about having a all in one machine. Unfortunately, we already returned the first one because the espresso button stopped flashing when turned on to heat up water. When we turned it on, it would just be solid. We didn’t know when the water was hot enough. Now, we are on number 2 and are having the same issue. Looks like we will be returning it and looking for a different machine. We are done wasting our time with this machine that appears to be poorly made.
