    What a fraud!

    There is always a leaking on the espresso side that goes out the machine and my counter is always with water all around the coffeemaker. This is very annoying. Also the frothed break down. It’s no worthy of the price. Very annoying and disappointing. I thought that buying a DeLonghi was a good decision but it’s a nightmare.

    Leaks

    Brand new and leaks. I filled only the pot side and it dumps a full cup of water out the bottom while passing water through.

    Machine malfunctions after 3 months

    Bought this on 1/10/2022. Three months later, the clock keeps resetting, coffee functions reset themselves and the machine beeps and malfunctions constantly. We want to be able to use the basic function where you set the brew time and have fresh coffee at 5 am each morning, but sadly, this expensive machine can’t reliably do this. Don’t waste your money.

    Leakage

    I had two machines (the second one was a replacement). Both coffee machines leaked within approximately one year. I do not recommend

    Poor quality

    Machine stopped brewing and getting hot after 1 year and 5 months. I changed out a few part delonghi suggested but the fix only lasted a day. Delonghi then offered 25% off of a new machine but I couldn’t justify spending more money on a bad machine. Spend your money elsewhere.

    bad water pump

    total piece of junk brought this to use. Made coffee daily and just months after the warranty expires the water pump in the machine goes bad. do not buy this hunk of junk. find something with longer manufacture warranty.

    Disappointing product

    just bought this machine. got it delivered today. Unpacked and set up as per directions. Quit working after 1st cleaning run. Totally disappointed ! FAILED RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX!!!
