We have given up all other modes of coffee brewing and use this exclusively. It makes a great cup of coffee and cappuccinos with almost no effort. Milk is frothed to our liking. Wish we had purchased one sooner and it’s worth the money. We’ve had it for three weeks and find ourselves brewing a fresh cup any time of the day. We have the unit on counter under the cabinet so the only difficulty is adding fresh beans. The self flushing function for the milk and brewing outlets ensures the nozzles are clear and ready to go the next time. All other maintenance and water refill functions are handled easily without having to move the machine. This I especially like. I highly recommend this machine.

It has an easy to use digital dashboard, or with the app you can make coffee through your cellphone. This is a quality machine, built to last, and easy to maintain.

So many different drinks and we love the personal set ups we can do for members of the family. Only downside for us is the water temperature, even on high, does not get hot enough for us.

The milk jug quiet working after the first month, after the descale process. This was very disappointing being the cost of the machine and I really enjoyed it. So far, the replacement is working great and I hope it continues to o do so. I love this machine!
