I love coffee. Not the syrup laden concoctions you see people slugging around, but real coffee. I have drip machines and also pour overs for when I want just a single cup. So that’s just saying I can tell the difference between coffee machines. The Dinamica+ is amazing. Combined grinder makes it so convenient to get fresh brews. Separate tank for milk is easily removed and even better, easily cleaned. Touch menu is clear and user friendly. The coffee. One word. Beautiful. You have to set the grind level appropriately for what you’re brewing, but once you dial it in - watch the beautiful crema layer on top. Coffee. Espresso. Cold brew. Simply beautiful. The only downside I can nitpick with this machine is the volume. If you want to make a big carafe or tumbler of coffee the nozzle is low so you can’t easily fit a bigger container. That being said, this machine is more for espresso so not really designed for high volume output. Worth the investment.

Just wow! This thing truly makes an impressive cup of coffee. Everything I have made has come out flavorful, bold and smooth. The features are great. I love the lcd display. I love the fact that this is basically a one stop shop for everything. The best part is clean up is so easy. My older machine is such a pain to clean that it made me feel like it was more of a chore, but not with this De'Longhi. The preset beverages are great and easy to adjust to my liking. The fact that I can pair my phone and play around with all the settings and such is fantastic. Makes things much easier. The noise level is pretty good. Much quieter than other machines I have used. The unit itself looks professional and is a nice, sleek addition to my countertop. It feels well made and I don't feel like it can easily be broken. It was also very easy to unbox and setup. All in all, I love this espresso machine and look forward to using it everyday.

I was very impressed with both the overall design aesthetic, and ease of use. The coffee maker fit right under the wall cupboard where we keep our coffee supplies and there was still room to access all features. Instructions were straight forward and simple to understand. Out of the box, cleaned, and assembled in about 25 minutes and the first cup of coffee followed shortly there after. Over the next few days, we tried each of the beverage types and used the frother, and grinder without a hitch. The grinder was quieter than expected and the adjustments needed were simple and satisfactory. Instructions for routine maintenance were also very clear - the whole experience was far easier than I had expected. It replaced 3 machines with one and the quality of the brewed coffee was excellent.

I think the best part of this coffee maker is it brings coffee variety to you in the simplest manner. It’s all about the experience and it makes coffee creation effortless. I am a moody coffee drinker. I drink it everyday and I like them different most of the time, depending on how I feel. That’s why cafés to me are great because they give me the variety I need without me having to worry about how to make it. But I have to drive to a café, or even if I try to make some at my home, where I work from, being WFH these days, it is such a task to get everything together just to get my caffeine variety. This De'Longhi espresso machine changes everything. I get to have a barista in my own kitchen. 1) ALMOST NO SET UP. It comes in a few parts that easily snaps into place. Instructions are very easy to understand given the illustrations and descriptions (even if some descriptions, I am not privy to because I am not an expert). 2) SIZE IS PERFECT. I’ve seen really nice coffee makers that look good on your counter but they take up so much space. This one is the PERFECT SIZE on the counter. It still looks good, of course, it’s a De'Longhi, but the space it takes is great given the functions it has. 3) INSANE FLEXIBILITY. There are so many options. I do not have to worry about my ever-changing mood for what coffee to drink this time. Once I’ve chosen my coffee, customizations are available. 4) SIMPLE OPERATION. The app is very helpful. The interface is easy to understand. The screen is very responsive to touch. The icons and on screen items are easily recognizable. The instructions to make your choice, the prompts to go to the next step, have all been engineered thinking about how I make coffee, like they studied 5 million people on how they make their coffee. From booting up the app and system to fine tuning the right espresso flow based on your beans—it is so easy to grasp and apply. 5) GETTING BACK TO WORK IS A BREEZE. This thing can auto-clean itself once you’re done and it auto turns itself off. It makes it easy for the next person to make coffee because of the prompts so I don’t have to work about what step I am missing or what the next person should do to make their own after I take off. 6) CUSTOM FOR EVERYONE. The profiles, man. The settings to save PER coffee choice, too. So each person in my house can have a profile with custom coffee settings (and cute avatars too). The connectivity is helpful so I can trigger remote start of my coffee—of course given I placed a cup under the spout. This coffee maker had it all figured out. I mean at least for now, until we all get them automatically sent beside our bed table at 6:23am. But I know I am not going to the café soon, especially when my head is buried in work, because you know what, I can make my coffee-flavor-of-the-minute in a couple presses.

I am happy to say I am an experienced espresso maker and had a standard system weighing and tamping my own grounds and steaming my own milk. For these reasons I can honestly say this machine is a dream. Although it does have some drawbacks, overall this system delivers an amazing cup of coffee, espresso or milk-based drink all at the touch of a button. Out of the box, it is simple to setup and along with the included instructions I was able to set this up easily. It is large while still being compact as well as Bluetooth enabled, giving you the option to customize your drink options out of the 16 preset options a bit easier than on the included touch screen. You just download the app, connect to your machine and you're good to go. You can turn it on and off and start a cup as long as you are within distance. I do wish you could setup an autostart so you could have the machine ready and waiting for you to select your first cup, but this isn't a dealbreaker given all the positives. Having fresh ground coffee everyday has certainly made a positive impact on my mornings with a drink that is always exactly how I want it, something you can't ensure when buying your coffee out. One of my favorite pieces is the milk carafe, I keep mine in the fridge with a nut milk and creamer mixture that adds something foamy, sweet and delicious to my cup. The only warning I would advise is that the water container isn't huge and there is a lot of wastewater through the cleaning process so just be aware you will get a lot of cups as the max size is only 10oz but you may need to fill the water container more often if you drink more coffee. Although this is a drawback, the level of cleanliness of this machine makes it a great option for anyone who might be intimidated by this type of at-home coffee making. The machine literally rinses itself three times throughout the brewing process including a rinse of the milk frother and it takes care of two of them entirely on its own. Since this machine came into my life I have stopped picking up my morning commute coffee and have exclusively enjoyed a De'Longhi cup each morning and I won't be going back. Because in addition to all the hot coffee options, you can even brew over ice so it does everything I would ever need. The money I will save is worth it, plus I get to enjoy each delicious freshly ground cup which can vary with my mood or even the seasons.

After reading countless user reviews and comparing machine brands and models, this machine doesn’t disappoint. We have given up all other modes of coffee brewing and use this exclusively. It makes a great cup of coffee and cappuccinos with almost no effort. Milk is frothed to our liking. Wish we had purchased one sooner and it’s worth the money. We’ve had it for three weeks and find ourselves brewing a fresh cup any time of the day. We have the unit on counter under the cabinet so the only difficulty is adding fresh beans. The self flushing function for the milk and brewing outlets ensures the nozzles are clear and ready to go the next time. All other maintenance and water refill functions are handled easily without having to move the machine. This I especially like. I highly recommend this machine.

What a fantastic espresso machine. Makes any kind of coffee drink with milk or without in a few minutes. It has an easy to use digital dashboard, or with the app you can make coffee through your cellphone. This is a quality machine, built to last, and easy to maintain.

This machine was everything it said it would be. We have been using it everyday since its purchase. So many different drinks and we love the personal set ups we can do for members of the family. Only downside for us is the water temperature, even on high, does not get hot enough for us.

This is a replacement machine. The milk jug quiet working after the first month, after the descale process. This was very disappointing being the cost of the machine and I really enjoyed it. So far, the replacement is working great and I hope it continues to o do so. I love this machine!
