It doesn't always work as expected. And it drapes a little too far down making it difficult to get a cup of cream easily under it.

It has saved me so much money by keeping me out of the expensive coffee shops! It’s easy to use and I love my own coffees so much more than coffee shops on the rare occasion I go.

Hate this thing

Go for the stainless steel this plastic is garbage and slides all over the counter when trying to lock the group into place or remove it and then i end up accidentally pressing buttons while trying to hold it still. I also hate the filter its so hard to remove and clogs up easily.
