This is a well made espresso machine, however I am having difficulty finding the right grind size. It only filters espresso ground at an specific size.

Simple and easy to use. Bought as a gift for my wife, who loves it. Its sleek and does not take up a lot of space on the counter top.

Really easy to use and the compact size is great for my limited counter space. Descaling process was a little confusing but otherwise happy with it.

This espresso machine makes fantastic espresso and cappuccino, while not taking up a lot of space on the counter like a lot of espresso machines.

Great pulls. But the steamer is a bit tricky. It doesn't always work as expected. And it drapes a little too far down making it difficult to get a cup of cream easily under it.

I love the Dedica machine concept. I was happy with the earlier version until it wore out after seven years. This machine meets and in some ways exceeds the previous version—except for one critical problem…a big one. It is the filter holder, which is the cup-n-handle part that you fill with coffee grounds and then attach to the machine, The force required to attach the filter is so great that I must grasp and hold tight the entire machine to get it in place. Think about wrestling a goat, or trying to get an 80-pound dog to take a pill. Yes, that difficult. I first scheduled an online session with support. Support did not show up for the session. Then I called. I was basically told, “That’s the way it is. Send it back if you don’t like it.” Then they offered me 20% off on a Braun machine. Really?! I’ve not decided yet what to do. The filter holder on my previous Dedicated was not like this. Will it loosen up over time? No one is saying. I’ll probably send it back.

This is a nice espresso machine for beginners. The only downside is the steaming wand, is not efficient.

My best friend has had an earlier model for years, and I’ve always wanted one. I’ve been researching them for years, thinking I need to buy something more expensive to achieve barista quality in my own home. This worked out better than expected, and even the wife loves it!

I own a coffee shop and i understand that no home machine will compare to what i have there but this thing is awful. Go for the stainless steel this plastic is garbage and slides all over the counter when trying to lock the group into place or remove it and then i end up accidentally pressing buttons while trying to hold it still. I also hate the filter its so hard to remove and clogs up easily.

It's a wonderful machine except the froth tube is too long. It a lot of trouble getting my stainless cream holder in without spilling the liquid all over my counter.

An amazing machine for first timers. You are able to program the shots to your liking and it’s compact so it won’t take up too much space.
