Inconsistent Brew
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ease of use, because the results are so inconsistent, getting the right cup of Expresso was impossible. The tamper that was included didn't allow me to get a good packing into the holder. If you purchase this machine, please make sure that your machine is not level on the counter but is somewhat elevated to allow good access to the frother and visuals to what you're doing. Overall, this machine is best used for first timers, no, because you will get frustrated and give up. This WOULD be a good first timer machine if you were curious about the process. Use it as a stepping stone to ba better machine.

Nothing but junk
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We are on our third one of these in less than three years. First one lasted almost two years. Next one didn't work out of the box. Third one barely makes a cup of espresso, takes forever. Spend a little more and get a good machine. This one is junk made in China.
