It works great and fits my needs. When making lattes I have to heat up the milk a bit because the steamer doesn’t seem to heat it enough. That would be my only complaint. Something I happy to live with given the price point was right for me.

After six-ish years, it's breaking down. I know that the Europe market and the US market is not using the same manufacturers/assembly plants etc but I still have that trust in the brand and so far everything is great. So easy to use, easy to clean. Saves you tons of money and makes you drink real coffee instead of burnt coffee from SBUX. Do yourselves a favor and get it!

I've been using all sorts of other manual gadgets (which do produce good shots of espresso), but this is so convenient at home. The other gadgets are indeed for camping/hiking though. The price point on this is great, didn't have to spend hundreds of dollars. Now to see how long it keeps performing at this level. Has a good warranty by a good company, so we'll see.

It's easy to use, takes a bit to warm up for the milk steaming, but does a good job. After making 1 cup, you have to wait a bit before making another, for some reason the part with the grounds won't go back in right away.

Simple and solid espresso machine

Finally I settled on this one because we can also use whatever brand/blend of beans instead of buying pods with risk of incompatiblity, i.e., Nespresso. The machine has been able to heat up fast and make strong espresso (obviously) without being overly complicated to operate. Love it and will recommend it.

Good place to start

At $99 I think this was an excellent money to feature ratio. However as soon as you start experimenting with different recipes this machine quickly becomes a bottleneck. If you just want to enjoy cappuccinos, seems like a good purchase.
