Nice crema, really nice taste if you find the correct grind. I did the decal process every 200 shots (or so) as instructed in the manual, but it died prior to the first birthday.

Contacted De'Longhi customer service on failed coffee maker at same time of purchase of new coffee maker. Customer service took weeks for responses, requested a lot of information and ultimately recommended that i take to a repair shop or buy buy a new one, on my dime.
