Kind of hard to insert the coffee "holder" into the machine. The machine isn't heavy enough, so you have to hold the machine while you turn and lock the holder in place. It's a good device if you don't want to pay for Starbucks and can't afford the mondo professional unit.

It does just what you need it to do. I’m not sure if it’s the quality of the milk wand or my technique yet, but I haven’t gotten steaming milk just to point where I want it yet.
