I truly love it! The bottom tray can be removed making space for a regular size cup which is perfect for cappuccino. Also, the frothing arm is 100% better than the older version. Being Italian, I can guarantee this will make perfect espresso and cappuccino!

Defective Junk

Best Buy nor the Manufacture care to exchange or fix the defective product. I have heard other success stories with this product only to break down within a year. Buy an expensive machine or just go to the coffee shop for your espresso.
