Biggest complaint is there is no automatic shut-off after finishing a shot of espresso, so there is a lot of trial and error making sure to stop in a timely fashion.

Model # on box doesn’t match the booklet inside. Also note that if there is water in the tank, it brews continuously unless you turn it off. This can be a positive, just remember to turn it off !

I didn’t find it easy to use, takes a lot if tweaking and practice to get your coffee the way you want. It’s all manual too, no automatic functions. I ended returning it for a much simpler machine.
