Would purchase again. The frother works great as needed. I can’t make artwork but that’s probably user error more than anything. (I can’t make art anyways) Cannot say it’s reliable as I just purchased it but it has good reviews for that brand.

I’ve had it for a few months now & it’s doing well so far. The only complaint that I would say that I have is that I don’t know how much a full espresso shot it with the machine because it does water down the espresso shot at the end. But I just pull my cup out for when I want it to stop.

The frothing stem isn't really long enough to froth more than 1/4 cup at a time, because you have to put it in such a shallow frothing cup in order for the wand to reach. In order to get a decent size drink, I have to steam milk several times.
