Love it! A great way to start my day! Highly recommend.

Makes good coffee, but is not user friendly. The thing that attaches where the espresso grounds go has interchangeable cups and is hard to get out and hard to attach to the machine. The cups don't empty easily and I frequently have to dig the spent grounds out of the cup. It just makes the whole process longer and more difficult compared to my cheap older Mr Coffee unit.

Worked great for 3 months, then the pump lost pressure. It will just dribble coffee into the cup on a single shot, on a double it won’t push through with enough pressure to make creama and takes a few minutes to flip the double shot cup. Luckily, I got it on a good price match so I’m writing it off as a starter. I’m picking up a better more expensive machine today as a replacement. Live and learn.

This my third Delonghi and by far this is the best so far love it

It may be a little on the small side but it's fully functional. Aside from its size, I'd say the only downfall is the catch for the handle can be a little tricky and doesn't 'click' into place. But then again the big professional ones don't either.

Pretty nice. It can be difficult to use at first but eventually you get the hang of it. Definitely worth the money. Wish I had waited to buy it because they dropped the price.

make a good cup of espresso and the steamer is amazing

Worked great for 2 months then steamer wand quit working. Contacted Best Buy and they told me to contact Delonghi which I did. Delonghi customer service SUCKS. They’ve strung me along for over a month and are now ghosting me.

This is the 2nd one I have owned in a month and unfortunately it stopped working as well. Espresso will not stream into the cup. I have tried everything to remedy but to no avail. Less than a month old, returning today and will not buy another one!

Works awesome but required a learning curve. Instructions weren’t helpful, and videos online weren’t either. Figured it out after about a week and now I just have to find a good brand of espresso to use!

Great little machine, but could use a better frothing wand. I modified it by upgrading the wand and it works MUCH better than the factory wand. Overall a great machine.

Pretty smooth. My husband really liked it. For sure. He opened and it started working real nice right off the box.

I really wanted to be the person who had a great experience with this product. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The flow on this espresso machine was dismal and the resulting "espresso" tasted like mediocre coffee. It had an impressive looking "crema" however the espresso was a far cry from what espresso should taste like. The lightweight machine and cheaply made portafilter (the thing you put the espresso grounds in) gave me pause, but I gave it a shot. Don't waste your time with this machine.

I purchased this machine in December, and De Longhi is going to have to send me a replacement, because this one starting leaking from the top and the bottom of the unit. I have attached a picture so you can see for yourself. I previously had a capresso machine and that one died of old age. But she never let me down- she never leaked.
