I have even started to drink coffee since we purchased this, and I was a staunch Red Bull guy beforehand.

I think it was meant for pods. we tried over and over to use fresh ground and it just wouldn't work. You have to manually start and stop, which is fine I guess.if you don't mind just sitting there for 4-5 minutes. Also the filter was constantly getting stuck. It just isn't worth the mid tier price so we returned.

It's actually even more convenient and quicker to get a shot of coffee before I go to work in the morning too!

The secret is getting the right coffee (I use Lavazza Qualita' Oro) and make sure that it's ground a lot finer than normal american coffee.

The flavor of the cofee is great but the machine only do a small amount at the time the machine will not turn off and if you walk away will have a horrible mess in your kitchen. Also the coffee grounds holder get stuck on the machine all the time very poor quality

But no complaints.

Unfortunately that is after the return policy so now I'm stuck with it. Would not recommend this product.

I mean using 2 cups at a time is not possible at all. Firstly the filter does not work as expected, secondly, the space for keeping 2 cups at a time is very restrictive

Seals on removable water tank is a poor design. Leaking entire water tank out on to countertop at random. Would advise to steer away from this one.
