I recommend this espresso machine. I bought it about two months ago and I use it 5 days a week with no problems it all.

One of the best things about this machine is that you can pull out the tray and the espresso can be brewed right into a coffee mug.

Great little espresso machine, would give it 5 stars if it had an auto shutoff after pulling a single or double shot.

After a few weeks, the pressure was no longer strong enough and the coffee is more watered down than anything. Unfortunately that is after the return policy so now I'm stuck with it. Would not recommend this product.

Great little expresso maker. Definitely gets the job done. Huge difference in taste and effect from using a standard coffee maker or French press. Would highly recommend.

Not bad for the price. Leaks so not sure how long it will last but definitely has paid for itself

machine failed after 2 weeks, not worth it. recommend the Phillips models instead.

My wife loves her DeLonghi Espresso Machine. This model does not come with the clear cups or the frothing pitcher.

Great expresso machine. Had my old one for 7 years never had a problem with it. I broke a part on it myself so I decided to upgrade. Love it.

Bought the product in line for daughters Christmas gift. Seals on removable water tank is a poor design. Leaking entire water tank out on to countertop at random. Would advise to steer away from this one. Will see if Best Buy or manufacturer makes it right. Best Buy Member. Randy L

The product work flawlessly at first and a couple of weeks after the steam wand doesn't steam as much.

the single plate works wonderfully well, however I'm giving only 3 stars as the double plate does not work as expected at all. I mean using 2 cups at a time is not possible at all. Firstly the filter does not work as expected, secondly, the space for keeping 2 cups at a time is very restrictive

I've had this machine for a little over a year and I can honestly say it's one of the best investments I have made. I save so much money on coffee and this machine does an excellent job at making the perfect espresso. That being said- it all depends on knowing how to use the machine properly to get that perfect cup. First, buy whole bean coffee and grind it yourself using a coffee grinder. Get one that allows you to grind the beans up "fine" I got a little mr. coffee grinder for $25 bucks and it has a fine, med, and coarse setting. Pre ground coffee is too coarse of a grind and if your grinder doesn't have a fine setting- you risk having a very watered down espresso. So just something to keep in mind. Secondly- In regard to the steam wand on this machine. It has a "hot milk" setting and a "Cappuccino" setting. If you just steam the milk on cappuccino your going to wind up with nothing but foam. I recommend steaming it on "hot milk" the majority of the time and then switching it to cappuccino setting for the last 20 seconds or so in order to give yourself a nice milk froth on top. You can obviously play around with these setting to see what I mean. Lastly- Get yourself a cheap little thermometer to go into the milk when steaming it. The perfect temp is between 155-165 degrees. Any hotter and your gonna burn yourself when you take a sip. -Never put the parts in the dishwasher - Make sure the water tank has enough water ** some times the water tank becomes loose from the vibrations and it seems like the machine isn't working. You just have to open the back and make sure its pressed down **

works just as it should. when you turn it on it makes a weird noise but other than that it is good

Performance is mediocre, very noisy. Though 15bars of pressure compare to average coffee makers, the coffee doesn't taste that good. Boiling water makes a loud noise, coffee's temperature no hot enough. Craftsmanship very poor vs the price.

The second time I used this machine it started leaking water from the unit everywhere, even the dial. The casing was cheap and there was a plastic residue taste in the coffee, even though I followed directions and flushed the unit twice with just water.

Takes more effort than just brewing coffee. Get a bean grinder. Don't understand why anyone would spend more on an espresso machine.

Nice. It gives a lot of foam. The little cup could be better.

It would not pump water on day 24 of ownership. Bought it from Best Buy so only a 15 day warranty. Back to the manufacturer it goes. Hopefully we will get a refund - as we have no interest in a replacement. Very very disappointed in this product.

I bought this product through the black Friday deal and I absolutely love it. This produces an almost identical taste and smell of the coffee shop latte.
