Totally inadequate as there is nothing like that foam head on your latte. My tiny on its last legs Krups steams milk better than this brand new machine does.

Had to return but I was able to purchase a similar model that works perfectly. I haven't been to Starbucks in months.

Coffee drips when using the steamer, and the machine leaks from the bottom even if it is off. I am returning it.
