It stopped working right after about 6 months. We did the descaler and it didnt help. Contacted customer service and they said we had to do a video call in for help. We will see what they say.

This was my first time ever using an espresso machine. I have prior experiences using Ninja, Godiva, Kureg and Mr. Coffee. This maker was a delight to use from the setup to the end. I was entranced by the features and explored them like a child on Christmas. The Pros: It heats up QUICKLY. It really brings out the flavor of the coffee. It heats up the milk so fast. The frother is magnificent (and very, VERY addicting) The double dripper is very useful and it the flavor is even between the cups The set up is very simple. The Cons: The espresso attachment is difficult to attach. It will take me a minimum of 4-5 times each use to attach it. It doesn't have an automatic timer for the brew ( I found this out the hard way). The metal on the frother can get VERY hot, I've hit my hand on it a few times and it hurt quite a bit. It's loud, which can be very annoying in the mornings. It's this very odd, loud vibrating noise and I'm horrified I'm going to wake up my family. It requires a ton of cleaning. The nozzle that the coffee drips from gets extremely dirty and covered and grounds each use which some people will just walk away from. They won't expect it to be dirty and that could be a home for bacteria and various germs. Also the frother nozzle gets encrusted in old milk if you don't take it apart and clean it after each use. Nobody wants their drinks hinted with the germs and potential taste of rotted milk. Also, there is no catch for the frother, which means I have to wipe down after each time I use.there could of been some type of catcher implemented on the side to catch the drips of milk after each use. All and all this is a breath-taking machine and I'm delighted that this is my introduction to espresso machines. It's good for beginners like me and I'm expectant that more experienced users will also like this. The few hiccups are probably design flaws, but they do not take away from the overall experience of this machine. I'm in love with it. This machine is perfect. I was so excited to start using this machine. When it arrived at my door 3 weeks ago I immediately opened the box. I was amazed at how beautiful this machine looked. I set to the task of setting up my espresso machine for it's first time use. The set up was minimal and very easy to achieve. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The tank reservoir for water is larger than expected. Which was a plus for me meant less times I had to fill! This espresso machine makes one of the best cups of espresso I have tasted! Aside from an actual coffee shop this machine is top dog in my opinion. The flavour build up is excellent makes a hearty robust flavorful cup every time. I was not disappointed in this machine at all. The measure/ tamper it came with made using loose grounds smooth and easy. The steamer wand frothed and warmed the milk to perfection. The cleanup and storage is great and easy to do do. I like that the wand can be folded back under the machine creating less clutter on my already small kitchen counter. I love this little DeLonghi Espresso Machine! It's a great espresso machine for anyone looking to start making their own espresso at home. It's compact and doesn't take up much space at all. I was slightly skeptical that the performance wouldn't be quality because the unit has a plastic housing, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's very straight forward and simple to use, it took me a few tries to get the exact strength but that's a personal preference and the brand of beans used plays a huge role in flavor. I love the simplicity. You can drop in espresso packets or use grounds which is great if you are in a rush. It has a large trough for water so you can make more than cup before refilling. It takes a few minutes to heat up, but not any longer than waiting on a cup of coffee from a drip machine! It's easy to clean, easy to use and the espresso tastes fantastic, sorry Starbucks!. I give it 4 stars for now mostly because I'm interested in longevity, if it keeps humming along like it is now, It will be my deciding factor to make me come back and change my review to 5 stars! Great little machine!

Easy to use! Not as powerful as advertised yet still works pretty good for one person every morning!

It lasted about 3 months and then it started leaking water everywhere whenever we tried using it. Pretty disappointing.

Okay so I’ve had the DeLonghi EC3630 15-Bar-Pump Espresso Maker for about 3 weeks now. I am fairly new to having an espresso at home but from what I’ve been reading, it is one of the better known name brands in this business. One of the things I really like is that it is fairly compact and will fit almost anywhere in your kitchen or office. It does have two thermostats which allows you to control the water pressure and steam pressure independently of each other. However, you can’t use both features at the same time. I am not sure if this is true for other espresso maker brands. It is built entirely of stainless steel casing which gives it a very professional grade look. I love the fact that it lets you use pods and ground coffee beans. I personally like to grind my coffee right before drinking it. It seems to taste slightly better with a much richer flavor. It conveniently comes with a cappuccino system frother. I love this feature since it allows you to froth your milk making it very creamy and frothy. Perfect for those cappuccinos and lattes. Lastly, it has a good size 37 ounce removable water tank which makes it very convenient to make several cups at a time. For the price, I think it’s a fairly good deal.

Not sure if he had a faulty machine or if they all do this, but our nozzle leaked all the time. It became a problem and we returned.

It is missing 2 of the filters - only came with one. We are going to contact the manufacturer. Otherwise it send to work well.

Broke after 3 months, we use it for a single cup daily, but broke after 3 months. Luckily had geek squad and took it back and bought a better one.

Reviews say it's amazing but had to returned the machine cause it was so hard to work and install.

I though it was going to be a good machine but I proffer the expression and regular coffee from the same brand.

I thought that it made lattes and steamed milk for latte art. I was wrong in my thinking.

Not the worst or best. Water runs out to fast and I dont like how there was not an automatic shutoff

It drips a looooot when you turn off.... you need extra container.

I have read many reviews of espresso machines and picked this machine for it's ratings and price. It may be an off year or so but this didn't deliver. I had a barista watch to see if it was my error but she said it wasn't working right. Returned.

Coffee stay hot only for a min wish it was betterr
