My experience with the De'Longhi Espresso Machine has been exceptional. Pros: - Its a good coffee machine at a nice deal. - Coffee pods and ground powder, both can be used. - The quality of brew is good (not the best). - Milk frother works well. - Makes nice cappuccinos, lattes and espressos. Cons: - Its a little noisy. - The coffee container handle is tight to close when its filled with coffee powder (Needs extra strength to tighten it). Overall, its a good coffee machine given the brand name with its price tag. Its not complicated to handle (if you read the instructions well).

My wife and I first purchased a cheaper Mr. Coffee espresso machine to try one out. It was a deal of the day and the frother broke after one use. I returned that and got this one. This one is much better quality than the Mr. Coffee one, which should be expected as its $90 more. It's nice that this has a refillable tank, the previous one held water for 1 brew. So far I have no complaints. Not sure how the one user posted a negative review that they got a lemon, that happens. And then someone wanted $1000 quality espresso. If you are looking for an entry level machine to use for an espresso here and there, this is a good starting point.

We are coffee addicts, but never owned a espresso maker due to intimidation-so we were excited to try this one out! The size is perfect for a small kitchen or just in general about the size of your average coffee makers. Super easy set up and go to instructions. Be sure to read instructions beforehand! The actual use of the maker is super simple! If you read everything you're supposed to then you shouldn't have a problem figuring this product out. Be sure to use something with a flat bottom pitcher/container for the milk/water steamed and be prepared for a good amount of splash at first just because we werent used to it. You have to move the actual pitcher up and down to make the froth but you get the hang of it after a bit. The splash back was really the only negative, but after we changed the pitcher to a flat bottom it was easy! Its a little on the loud side but nothing like ive heard others make. I really enjoy making my cafe latte's with this espresso maker! This product has been put at my disposal for no compensation and in order to share my honest and unbiased opinion. Once I have completed my testing it will be returned to the manufacturer.

I've never used a espresso machine before so I was clueless when I received it but its very easy to use ! The instructions is so helpful and fully detailed . The only thing I don't like is it dont heat up the water very good . It works fast and its so easy to use different types of coffee and espresso . My kids enjoy warming milk and using the steam .

As a regular coffee drinker the Espresso Maker was a little intimidating at first. Making coffee in the morning is one of the first things I do. The Delonghi Maker was very easy to operate and the coffee is amazing.. I would highly encourage someone that loves coffee to purchase the Delonghi Espresso Maker..

Makes great espressos, lattes & cappuccinos. Problem is the durability of the machine itself. Be careful when using portafilter. If you over turn or over tighten the portafilter, it can break the inside plastic basket. I unfortunately tightened it too much & now it leaks & saw some pieces of black plastic come out the spout. I would recommend this machine but be careful & delicate when twisting the portafilter on. Also steam wand can be tricky. Be patient & learn the techniques. I swivel & lean to the side to achieve great froth every time.

I was fortunate enough to test the De'Lonhi ECP3630 for the past month. I fell in love. Up until now I had only drank drip and instant coffee. I feel like I have entered a new world of espresso. Initially I thought the machine was going to be way too complicated to use. Looks are deceiving. The manual has clear operating directions. They even tell you how to make all of the different drinks. The pictures reassured me I was doing it correct. The best part is the clean up. It's super simple without having to worry about buildup. I even ditched my Keurig! Starbucks who? I can avoid the line and make me a great latte while getting ready for the day. The cup warmer made movie night spectacular. An espresso for me and hot chocolate for my brother. My espresso was still hot on the warmer. I have recommended it to all my coffee lover friends.

Immediately taking this Espresso maker out of the box I thought how nice looking of a machine this is and I love the simplicity of the dial and controls. I like the way the top cover/water fill cover holds the extra cups and was a simple set up process to start brewing. The operating instructions could not have made the process easier. After brewing my first cup of espresso I was hooked. The pods are probably my favorite way to brew espresso where otherwise you have to clean it for each use. From unboxing to set-up to brewing, I was very impressed with this Espresso maker. This product has been put at my disposal for no compensation and in order to share my honest and unbiased opinion. I wanted to experience this product because i love coffee and espresso. I wanted to see if it would give me a professional taste and outcome! I have used cheaper similar products and this by far is absolutely better. I expected it to give me fine results. Results from a senior professional who knows what needs to be done and i received just that, nothing less! I mainly made espressos all throughout the day for me and my husband. I think the design is pretty straight forward and simple. Its nothing too extravagant for my taste and likings. I love all the features and its lacking nothing that will really annoy me. I would definitely recommend this product to My friends and family and even strangers. You cant do wrong with DeLonghi !

Fast and easy way for the Java fix Just as quick is clean up.

This little machine does it all. I first wanted a cappuccino and expresso machine when I had some coffee at a friends house. He has a five hundred plus dollar machine. I love coffee but not that much where I would spend so much for a machine. So I searched and searched, finally came across the Delionghi, I didn’t think it would come close to my friends breville machine. To my surprise and actually all my guests that night as well. We were extremely pleased with the results. The coffee was delicious, I made expressos, cappuccinos, and lattes. This little machine left us extremely satisfied with the results. Although it does not come with a coffee bean grinder like the five hundred dollar breville, you can buy a coffee grinder for fifteen to twenty five dollars like I have. You will definitely enjoy this machine and its results. Its very easy to use and clean up. I’m about to make a cup of coffee as soon as I’m done writing this review. Enjoy.

Really can't complain about this little machine. It's my first so I'm working out how to do this and that, but it meets my marks. Easy to get burned tho, so watch what you grab! Overall, I'd make the purchase again.

We have used this at least 3x a week every week since December of 2019 and have never had an issue. We mainly use this for espresso only, so I cannot fairly review the steam function... but it makes great espresso. Is this going to beat out the $1k+ machines out there? Probably not, but for the price I don't think you'll find anything better! It does not come with a grinder, so you'll need one and you do have to grind/tamp/steam yourself but is super easy to use. I was a barista and coffee shop manager before my current career and this definitely fills the void. Would buy again.

Perfectly adequate ! Makes a decent cup of espresso at a cheap price . Foams perfectly. Gets the job done!!

I had the opportunity to try out this espresso maker for a few weeks. I am a daily coffee drinker so trying out an espresso was difficult getting used to the smaller portions. The set up was quick and easy. The instructions clearly explained how to set up and how to use the machine. There are 3 different size cups that easily switch out depending on the quantity you are looking to make. The water tank hold plenty of water, basically a weeks worth so you don't have to fill daily. The frother was an awesome feature on this machine and is extremely easy to use. The only downside is after you are finished it does drip on the counter. Espressos come out tasting great and our restaurant quality. The one negative, reason why I rated a 4 and not a 5, is the "handle" (part where the coffee goes) is pretty hard to lock into to place. You have to use a lot of force. Maybe its operator error but could be easier to attach. Overall I'm very pleased with the product and would recommend it.

Ended up returning for a totally different model. Research indicated it would be great.
