It works great & quickly To brew coffee . I just need tips on how to work the steamer on the machine.

Easy to use but very temperamental, make sure to clean after each use.

I bought this for my Sister-In-Law and she told me that it is SUPERB! What else can one say? Buy one!

Pros: It’s fast and efficient and makes a very good espresso. It’s also good for steaming milk and also boiling water. Cons: It has lots of parts so it takes a bit to get the hang of it. This also makes cleaning it a bit tricky until you get used to it.

Purchased this machine while my more expensive Italian machine was being repaired. My expectations weren't very high given the price point. While it took me a few tries, I finally found the right combination of grind and pack to make a surprisingly good latte. It also did an excellent job of foaming the milk.

I got this back in 2020 and it is still working great.

This machine makes great coffee. There are so many different drink options from espresso to regular coffee or capacino. I tried a couple different varieties and they were all delicious. Straight out the box its kind of intimidating but once I got the hang of it, its actually pretty simple to use. I love the water reservoir, I didnt have to worry about measuring water every time, just made sure it was full. I am kind of disappointed in the difficulty of getting the used coffee out of the brew cup. I made a huge mess the first couple of days trying to empty it. I wish it had a tab on the side to easily pop the cup out to empty it. All in all I would definitely recommend this machine to any coffee lover. I am pleased with my purchase of the De'Longhi Espresso Machine. Takes a little practice frothing the milk to make it just right!

Do not be alarmed when you first go to use this machine it tells you to run water through it first this step takes awhile and is very loud I promise it does not stay like that. This machine was super easy to use our favorite part was frothing milk for the drinks and making hot chocolate. This was as simple as turning a dial and waiting the hardest part was coming up with new drinks to make, more recipes would have been amazing. This machine is the only espresso machine I've ever used. It was sent to me to use and write about my experience with it. I'll be sending it back soon, and will probably miss it! So, the setup was pretty simple and had clear instructions. There are 2 metal filters to put the grounds in, one for single cups, one for 2 cups. you have to pull and push pretty hard to get the filters in and out, but I guess it's so they'll stay in when you insert it into the machine. Which I found I had to push pretty hard to get it into position, I don't have other espresso makers to compare that to but it was pretty tough to "slide" into position. I liked that there is a good size water reservoir, so you don't have to endlessly fill it up. When you turn the machine to "On", it takes less than 30 seconds for the "Ready" light to come on. Once you start brewing, it will make espresso until you manually turn it to "Off". So you have to be right there while making your cup, and if you haven't made espressos, lattes, etc. before (like me!) it will take some trial and error to get the amount of coffee and length of brew to find what works best. Also, it took a few practice shots to know how much tamping to do. I did think most every attempt did make a nice crema. WARNING: When using the frother, which again I have never done before, the instructions are probably pretty clear, but make sure the nozzle is actually in the milk or it will splatter all over everything within a 1 foot radius - messy,lol! After the initial mishap, I thought the froth came out pretty good, but not as dense as at a coffee shop. The size is a little wider than a plain, regular drip maker, but close to the size of most Keurig machines. I prefer regular coffee over the espresso and other drinks this makes so I'm not sure I would buy one because then I would have to have both appliances on my counter. I did not buy any special equipment or even coffee to try this out with and still think for a machine at this price point it would be a good choice. After 9 months is started having issues with pressure, after 13 months stopped working(
