The pump went out on the first unit within three weeks, and I was able to exchange. I have had this second unit for just over 14 days (past the return point) and the pump has again experienced issues. Either the espresso does not come out, or comes out almost black and bitter. I am now waiting on a replacement after contacting Delonghi support. I would not recommend this machine. I rely on my espresso daily, so this is truly disappointing.

I am surprised it is even in the shelf. It does not brew well, it locks uo and does hot dispense anything and it is not easy to fiure it out. It doesnt auto stop after dispensing a shot or 2, the water reservoir does not stay in place and we have to push it hard for the coffee to dispense.....super bad!!!

Doesn’t even work
