This is a great espresso machine. Easy to use and elegant. There is a kind of joy of taking each step in preparing our own drinks. From grinding the coffee to filling the pod and leveling it. Measuring the perfect amount for a delicious cappuccino or latte.

Was a gift for my daughter and she is very happy with it so far. It’s her first so I don’t know how it would compare up to the more expensive ones, but so far no complaints from her. She is enjoying her espresso drinks.

I love this product. I use it make myself and my wife a coffee every morning and it’s been great to us!

I received one as a gift and I love it so much that I bought another one to have at work. I love that I am able to steam/froth milk.

I replaced rhe portafilter with a naked basket, and it works amazingly. The pressurized portafilters it comes with wont make good espresso, but the machine itself functions amazingly.

Great quality and easy to use. The only down side is that the steamer has a tendency to push a little of water sometimes.

I havent mastered the art of the froth pour, but it makes great coffee. I picked up a box of coffee pods from amazon which work simply. Make sure if you do the same, that you get the specified pods. Yum!

Easy to operate, good frothing, handles small and large mugs. I’ve had other brands. This is the best yet and a good buy for the price.

My wife love it, she can do all kinds of coffee, capuchinnos, frappes and all she likes, easy to do, and to clean and reasonable price

I owned a keurig for many years and finally decided to get an espresso machine. I will never go back. This machine makes great coffee and is super easy to use. I highly recommend it.

This machine works fine. The only thing i don't like is the 15 bar pressure which makes the espresso very light. I like a strong coffe, but if you are ok with light coffee this machine will be perfect for you.

I have now had THREE of these machines through this past year. Let me start by saying I LOVE it for so many reasons and have had NO regrets in buying it (and also glad I got the extended/replacement warranty, which I have used!!). This machine has saved me through the pandemic and because of it, I never buy coffeehouse espressos anymore. This deLonghi was not difficult to learn to use and makes exceptional coffee, especially when accompanied by a good grinder. It is simple, basic, and works very well, both for the pulling of a shot with gorgeous crema and for steaming my milk. HOWEVER, all three of the machines I have gotten have the same annoying defect - which shows up after a couple of months of daily use. After a couple of months of stellar performance, invariably, it starts LEAKING from where the water is pressurized into the filter. It starts leaking once the water begins to warm up and continues until you turn the machine off. Drip drip drip... This would not be a horrible defect, BUT it means that if you pull a shot to the height you prefer, and then turn on the steamer to heat your milk (I use almond milk with a dash of whipping cream, my fave combo) the water is still dripping into your coffee all the while. So you ultimately get a much "longer" shot than you wanted. I have tried making a shorter shot and such, but each time the shot ends up being about double what I wanted. As I said, this has happened THREE times and I am getting ready to return this one too, for the dripping. I do not know what to do or what other choice I should make. I am not sure if this is only true with this specific model or with other deLonghis, but it is enough that it ruins the cup and a reason I will also return this one. To others maybe this will not matter. I am not all that fussy (although I confess, I AM a pro chef), but it is a defect in all three of the same model machines I have purchased. Seems the machine works great for a couple of months and then this starts to happen. I think that deLonghi needs to address this issue. Otherwise, as I said, the quality and function of the machine is great. Sad though..

Works great! Best in its class and price point. Tried a few cheaper ones but didn’t like them. Huge improvement over the black model that’s a little cheaper.

Bought this machine to make Starbucks-quality lattes at home, and it’s working perfectly. The steamer is loud & isn’t super fast at heating up the milk, so I pre-warm the milk in the microwave. Also this machine is super easy to clean. Overall a great value for the price!

The best of the best, worth every dollar hands down this will not disappoint.

Great budget machine and if you upgrade the tamper and get a Puck cover I don't think I'll be replacing it anytime soon

Love this!!! Excellent value for money. Can’t beat the quality. It’s not sophisticated excellent ease of use. Love using the frother, where you can whip up an excellent oat milk lattes and espressos. 15 bars of pressure for under $100 is quality!!!!
