Either I had a defective unit, or this is a horrible product.
This is the third delonghi I purchase, in my experience even if you decalcify the unit, they don't last more than 1 or 2 years.
This one in particular couldn't pull a good shot even after changing the grind level.
It just struggled... And not much came on the other side.
I went and returned this unit and purchased something from breville.
Much more expensive, but do far much superior product

Well....for the money you've spend that is what you get. Purchased the machine in February 2013 In June there was not enough pressure to make the espresso. Called the Delonghi warranty support and they gave me a case number and phone in Texas to call and schedule a free repair - here is the trick....the shipping there and back I have to pay out of pocket...soo....that will be around 50.00 each time...dos it look logical to do it? you do the math... I would not recomend that product if you are really espresso lover and you do 9-10 espresso coffes a day. If you do that do not go with cheap model as such you will be ending with no working machine in 4-5 months
